I would come again

A well-maintained and stylish hotel. Rooftop pool terrace was amazing. We liked that you could choose separate beds. Good location.

The restaurant staff's English is surprisingly poor, but they are friendly. Breakfast is not that good.

Cercanía y comodidad

El servicio al cliente en todas sus áreas es excepcional. Es un hotel con instalaciones limpias y muy cómodas para un descanso placentero. Además, su ubicación nos permitió llegar puntualmente a nuestras citas para la solicitud de VISA (Trámite que fuimos a realizar a la ciudad).

La vista de la habitación a la ciudad. En una próxima ocasión consideraré una habitación de mayor precio para acceder a una mejor vista.

Towels were not at the room, the shower and A/C were not working -I have to called maintenance -, the restaurant didn’t have certain food available, it took too long to get my dinner at the restaurant

Muy rico todo.

El desayuno nos gusto mucho. Yo me desayune unas quesadillas de flor de calabaza y unas de cuitlacoche , muy sabrosas. El café siempre calientito. El pan dulce muy rico. El huevito que nos desayunamos también estaba muy bueno.

Por ser Domingo creo que al bufete le falta un pozole, pero todo lo que había estaba muy rico.

La segunda vez que me quede que fue del 29 al 31 de dic muy mala pero mala experiencia la reservación fue a nombre de mi hija Alejandra delgado ella se quedó en una habitación y yo en otra con mi niña de 14 años pero los huéspedes de la habitación de lado dvd no dejaron dormir ( ya se imaginara porque era una pareja ) pensé me quede en un hotel o motel de paso 😒 dvd la primera vez que me quede ahí sin ningún problema pero está segunda le dije a mi hija que hiciera la reservación ahí porque me encanto, pero está segunda vez la muy muy mal por el tipo de huéspedes 😒

Dream Hotel ends in Nightmare.

The hotel is beautiful. Location is central to Monterrey; beds are comfortable, and rooms are nice with amenities were quite happy when we arrived and went to our room. We did have a dinner in the restaurant that was good, but a little overpriced compared to off-site locations. The issue with that is there's nothing you can walk to close by.

The hotel was definitely understaffed, 2 out of 4 days our room wasn't cleaned, we had to ask for fresh towels, water, and anything else you needed. One night the cleaning staff showed p at the door at 9:38 pm and asked if we wanted our room cleaned ... we were already in bed. The last night we stayed (Saturday night) at 10pm music began blasting below our window they were having an event by the pool until 2am. At 11pm they let us move to another room on the other side of the hotel. it was a complete management failure. Not recommended.

PUBLICIDAD ENGAÑOSA O FALSA SOBRE SELECCION HOTEL EN MONTERREY, MEXICO.

El aire acondicionado solamente Nada me llevo lo peor de un pésimo hotel Impera la suciedad, falta de limpieza

Deficiencia en la limpieza de la hab, mesas sucias, falta de toallas, sin una adecuada planificación al hacer la hab, pocos ingredientes para hacer café en la hab. Ausencia en cambio de sábanas todas llenas de pelos humanos y sucias, igual pasó en nueva hab cambiada. Personal del restaurante sin experiencia laboral, no tienen conocimiento del funcionamiento de los equipos del comedor. La página de booking.com mantiene sobre valuada este hotel. Lo cual no se corresponde con la publicado, podria catalogarse como Información engañosa en la información de la página de booking.com. Decepcionado de mi estadía en este hotel el cual no le daría ni una estrella. Malaso.

The entire staff was friendly welcoming and always helpful.

Only complaint I had I voiced to the front desk at check out. That was that the curtain in our room did not meet the wall at the top so it dropped open in the corner and that was enough to let so much sunlight in at sunrise that we woke up far earlier than we wanted to a few days. I believe that can be fixed fairly easily.
