About this apartment rental
Located downtown Visalia, this is the perfect place to stay above the bustling restaurant scene, boutique shopping, sidewalk cafes, busy theaters, and Thursday night Farmer's Market! Stay at the Midtown Lofts, above the old Midtown Sports, right on Main Street above the parade route! This beautiful building has been upgraded with modern finishes so its fresh, comfortable, and convenient. Free street and parking lot parking, free WiFi, and laundry in the unit. Near Convention Center and Kaweah!
From the back of the Midtown Lofts building, use a personal code to access the foyer, then walk up the stairs to your loft suite! Loft 303 is the front-facing and largest loft in the building, located at the top of the stairs, overlooking Main Street. The loft is a one-bedroom apartment with an open-concept kitchen/living room, and TWO pull-out sectionals, allowing up to 6 guests. We recommend this space to a family, with adults sleeping in the King size bed in the room, and all the kids on the pull-out sofas, or a group of friends that don't mind sleeping on the sofa beds, which can be uncomfortable for adults. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you'll need to prepare a meal, but the variety of award-winning restaurants below will likely have you eating out! Large windows let in plenty of light. The SmartTV comes with complimentary Netflix, or log in to your favorite app to stream your shows. There is a TV in the living room and in the bedroom. This is a great space for people traveling to Visalia for work, visiting the nearby National Parks, or in town for a special event. Located across the street from the Convention Center and within walking distance of Kaweah Health.

The Convention Center is right across the street. Walk a couple of blocks to The Darling. In town as a travel nurse or to visit a loved one in the hospital? Kaweah Health is just a couple blocks down the road- an easy walk. Every Thursday night, the Farmer's Market sets up just around the corner. Public parking and free street parking give lots of options, and a large Sequoia mural in the parking lot sets the vibe for those traveling a short distance to the National Parks!
Guest Access
Guests have access to the entire apartment which includes a private washer and dryer in the unit, free Wifi, SmartTV, fresh towels and linens, and a well-stocked kitchen.
