We are brand new in Canyon Lake and are available for you and your group, including up to two of your four-legged furry dogs for an additional fee. Our luxury home is the ideal spot to make some memories! The space

Living Spaces
Welcome home! Vaulted ceilings and enormous windows provide a bright and airy space, while soothing neutral tones and hints of lakeside blue beckon you to kick off your shoes and relax on the plush sectional sofa. With an afternoon charcuterie board and a glass of your favorite beverage, it's the perfect spot to catch up on the day's adventures with your friends and family. In the evenings, pop a big bowl of popcorn and gather around the Smart TV to bring everyone together for movie night. For those that love to curl up with a good book, or spend time in meditation and journaling, the reading nook is a cozy private hideaway, with a comfortable futon couch that converts into a twin bed for stretching out. Choose from the bookshelf selection or bring your own book or Kindle, and escape into the pages. The game room is a particular family favorite when you’re not out enjoying the lake and surrounding water features. Just imagine a ping-pong tournament with games of shuffleboard and darts for those waiting their turn.

Kitchen & Dining
The heart of the home is the kitchen, and this one is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, cookware, and utensils. Take advantage of it all to cook up a Texas-style barbeque buffet for the whole group. There’s plenty of cabinet space for all your groceries and favorite treats....and the cabinets are all marked to identify where everything is. Pancake griddle and waffle iron are also included.
While you’re baking up a batch of fresh cookies, others can sit at the kitchen island and enjoy a cool drink and conversation. A tiled backsplash, spacious counters, and pendant lighting will make every inner-chef want to help with meal preparation!
And when the weather is cool, fire up the floor-to-ceiling rock woodburning fireplace for a warm atmosphere and intimate ambiance. The farmhouse table in the room is perfect for a wonderful meal and after-dinner conversation.

Bedrooms & Baths
The 15’x15’ primary suite is on the main level, featuring a king bed with premium bedding and extra lush pillows with an ensuite primary bathroom. A spa-like jetted tub, separate shower, and copper sink vanity will pamper your body and soul. A Smart TV, walk-in closet, and luxurious linens throughout will provide comfort and privacy. The private balcony offers views of the morning sunrise to enjoy with a steaming cup of coffee in hand. Plush blue leather recliners nestled in by the light-filled bay window give you a place to relax and read or to catch up on your favorite podcast.
The second bedroom is 14’x14’ located on the main level with a queen bed, large closet, Smart TV, and comfortable orange leather recliner. This room shares a hall bath with the third bedroom, also 14’x14’, with three twin beds, each with its own personal reading lamp for bedtime stories and another Smart TV. Just think...it’ll be a weekend-long slumber party!
Upstairs you’ll find the fourth bedroom...an enormous 20’x16.5’ king bedroom ensuite with luxurious shower, double sinks, Smart TV, comfy leather recliner, private balcony and walk-in closet. For those with little ones, this suite is ideal, as it features a recliner and baby crib. There’s even enough room for a queen air mattress, which is conveniently tucked away in the closet.
Bedroom five has twin bunk beds in a 12’x10’ room with a large closet and shares a bath with the fourth bedroom, although with a separate entrance.

And don’t forget! The reading nook has a twin futon for an additional guest if needed.

On the lowest level, you’ll find a bathroom with shower and vanity, convenient for when the family is playing in the pool or outdoor activities like grilling or finding out who will be the next corn-hole champion!

Overlooking the 35’x16’ blue-bottom pool, the Adirondack chairs offer a great place to kick back and watch the kids, or enjoy a glass of wine as the sun begins to set. Dining al fresco continues from day into evening, with grilling up family-style meals for everyone to enjoy at the end of a fun-filled day.
After the kids go to bed, the adults will enjoy evenings in the hot tub or gathering around the fire pit.

A separate building with a gym just off the pool deck is another favorite feature of our guests, elevating your stay to that of a luxury vacation, all in one place. Whether you’re doing yoga or riding the stationary bike, you’ll find everything you need to stay in shape on your travels!

1. Only specified guests noted in the booking are allowed on the property. Events with outside guests are subject to owner pre-approval. Please honor noise rules and be respectful to our neighbors, especially when in the front/back yard. Quiet time is from 11pm to 8am.
2. No smoking inside the home and no illegal substances on property.
3. Please do not change the locks or move any furniture.
4. We appreciate you keeping all food & drink in the kitchen and common areas; no food or drink in the bedrooms please.
5. Please be respectful of our towels, sheets, and other linens. We provide specific washcloths for the convenience of removing makeup.
6. Children under the age of 16 need adult supervision in the gym and game room.
7. Please check out on time, as our cleaning staff needs time to prepare for our next guests.
8. Guest agrees to pay for damages exceeding deposit.

POOL/HOT TUB RULES:
1. The hot tub can be heated and used at any time during the year at no additional cost. Please text or call me about 45 minutes prior to wanting to use the hot tub and we will turn it on remotely. It will automatically shut off after four hours. If you find that you aren't using the hot tub for four hours, please text me and we will turn it off remotely. In addition, if you want to use it for longer than four hours, just text me and we will turn it back on.
2. Because of the size of the pool and the potential low temperatures during the months of November, December, January and February, it is very, very expensive to heat the pool. We CAN heat the pool during those months, but it would cost you an additional $200/day to heat.
3. If heating is required to reach a comfortable swim temperature during the early or late swim season, it would cost you an additional $100/day to heat. FYI, normally it would be unlikely you would need to heat the pool from mid-May thru mid-September.
