The cabin feels more like a small home. It has everything you need to spend a nice quiet few days. The lake is close and you can get a glimpse of it from the deck, which is a perfect place for a meal or beverage. The road is as described and I recommend a truck or SUV with some clearance. The north pass is not quite as treacherous. However, we loved the south pass as it has some great views and interesting spots along the route. The beds and amenities are nice and we enjoyed walking around the property.

The location was nice but came with concessions on drive there ie very rustic roads. Definitely would not have made it to the location if in my personal vehicle *friend drove their Jeep*..Boards on deck need replacing for safety reasons & a good outdoor cleanup would be great also. Overall good stay though!!

Awkward layout of the cabin. We stayed with another couple and the only way to access the back bedroom was to walk through the other or use the outside bedroom door, which wasn’t convenient as it was cold. I’ve stayed at lots of VRBO’s, this was the first owned by a management company and that is where I see the biggest difference. It was very thrown together and lacked personalization. Most have an informational binder, this did not, so we had no clue what to do with our trash and no dumpster in sight. We stayed a week so by the end of it, we had quite a bit. And we also found a brown recluse spider in the closet of the bedroom. I’d pass this up, and find another as there are many to choose from in the area!

The house was good for what we needed it for, a weekend getaway. The road going in was mostly one lane and definitely not passable in most areas as we was told. The Road is rough, not sure if they are trying to create ditches but there was a lot of gravel on the sides which in and of itself made it impassable. The floor plan was not explained at all, you have to go through one bedroom to get the second bedroom. Floor plan could be updated, lots of wasted space IMO. All in all it was nice.

The beds were comfortable and the cabin was the cleanest we have ever rented. Very cozy space, the property was in a extremely quiet area which was nice and relaxing!

Cabin was cool and comfortable.
Issue with streaming tv was handled with management promptly.
Location was more remote than expected .
Long bumpy gravel road , but we have a 4 wheel drive pickup that handled ok.
Wish we could have seen the lake from our back porch, but I’m sure you could in the fall and winter.
Very quiet and peaceful.
