House was perfect for 2 families to share and the view is amazing. Pictures can't do it justice. When researching, I thought I wanted a newer, more modern style, but, I'm so happy I kept going back to this house for the view because it was absolutley the best part of Costa Rica and the house is much better in person. The only negative is early morning noise from house under construction next door but the view is worth it so just book it. Management was great as well.

Our family of six adults thoroughly enjoyed this house. Really appreciated the availability of our host to immediately address the few issues we experienced. So much so that we may return for a second visit. Highly recommend!

Loved this house! We have rented many VRBO's but this one was the absolute best! Beautiful location and view. We ended up spending more time at the house than we did exploring the area. I could sit there all day looking at the Bay. Beautiful!

We had a great time at Casa Buena Vista. We can't say enough about the view and the pool and the sunsets. WOW! Just a quick drive down the STEEP hill into Coco Beach and also a 10 minute drive over to Hermosa Beach. The property management company was very responsive and helpful whenever we reached out. They also helped us book a private chef for 2 nights as well as made arrangements for an afternoon catamaran snorkel/sunset cruise, which we highly recommend! We had an amazing time and very much recommed the house!

We stayed at this beautiful property for 3 nights and would have loved to stay longer. Amazing views, a beautiful pool you could not stay out of, great location near Coco for restaurants, shopping, ice cream and the beach! Everyone super friendly and helpful.

What a wonderful time with friends and family. We had 4 adults and 4 children and this house was a very comfortable fit. We had more than enough space. The kitchen is well appointed and the towels are fluffy, the beds are cozy, I would definitely return. More than all of this is the view. Sunsets are unmissable.

Great location - as others have said, the views alone are a reason to stay here. It's also very close to Coco and Hermosa beaches and easy to get around if you have a rental car.
The layout of the house works very well - basically two wings with two bedrooms on each wing - and a large, central, open area for the kitchen, dining room, and living room - which are all open to the central patio/pool area. The kitchen is huge with lots of storage space, dishes, pots/pans, etc.
In a previous review, someone mentioned the motorcycle noise of people driving by - this did not bother us at all. We couldn't hear a thing at night when we were in our bedrooms.
Zindis Group is the property management company that takes care of everything - they were very nice, helpful and easy to work with.
We used a separate service for pick-up at airport and a riverboat/authentic mountain lunch that we highly recommend: Dees Costa Rica Tours. Dee is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to get along with - he has lots of different trips/adventures available.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We stayed for 5 nights and there were 4 adults and 4 kids. There are two master suites which was perfect for us, and the kids had the option of the queen bed or the bunk beds. Kids of course found these bunk beds to be amazing. The house was very clean. The view is unbeatable and we spent every day in the infinity pool. Coco beach is ok, I recommend going to Hermosa beach for a cleaner less crowded beach. We felt safe with the alarm system and didn’t have any issues. Kitchen was amazing to cook some meals in and has pretty much everything you need. Would 100% recommend!

The property and view stunned us from the first time we walked in the door. The views of Coco Bay are breathtaking, and we had amazing sunsets every night. It's a great place to stay during COVID! Short drives to a number of things, beaches, shopping, etc.
Zindis provided great info on things like covid tests, where to get groceries, and connected us to some handy things like a private chef experience for one night of our stay.
If you don't have WhatsApp, it is highly recommended for communication in Costa Rica.

Home set up was perfect for our family. Rooms were spaced nicely so everyone could enjoy privacy. The pool was incredible (our 6 and 4 year olds lived in it for the week). The management and concierge were absolutely amazing! They were quick to respond and planned some epic excursions for us. Highly recommend this property.

This house was excellent, the pool spectacular, and the sunsets just don't get any better. Zindis staff was very attentive with all details, even minor maintenance issues like a slow drain were fixed immediately. The staff is polite and does their best to make your stay extraordinary, and ours was. Ian does a great job with planning/scheduling tours, very painless! My wife and I are definitely coming back!

We couldn’t have been happier with our stay. From the stunning views of Coco Bay and sunsets to the well equipped kitchen and comfortable and spacious bedrooms, it was everything we could have hoped it would be. Check-in was easy and the staff was extremely helpful during our stay, including helping us with our Covid tests to return to the US.
We will return and I highly recommend this house to anyone wanting a luxurious vacation to Costa Rica.

We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. The view is still emblazoned in my brain. All the gorgeous sunsets we enjoyed from the pool! Well-located for day trips (we LOVED Tamarindo's shops & hung out in Playa del Coco mostly, where our favorite restaurants were Cafe de Playa & The Lookout -- DELICIOUS FISH TACOS!!!
Several grocery/markets within short driving distance. Kitchen had everything we needed -- we grilled fish from the market in Playa del Coco several nights (grouper, swordfish & red snapper).
Marilyn, our property manager from Zindis, was VERY friendly & always available by phone/text for questions & suggestions. We took SEVERAL tours through Tico Tours (they have a desk in Zindis office) --all enjoyable & well-run - buggy tour, zip lining, river boat tour, sailboat/snorkeling. Sailboat trip was great - we saw SO MANY rays jumping while sailing, MANY moon jelly fish floating by & once a school of dolphins was following our boat for a bit & "playing" with us. :)
Snorkeling was disappointing...I wouldn't do it again. Not the company's fault -- the Pacific side is just too rough & there wasn't much to see -- though I did see a spotted ray, lots of conch, an octopus & SCHOOLS of fish...but I had to go twice to see them all.
It was the dry season, so not as many animals as I'd hoped for, but I'll just need to come back! :) I'll definitely contact Zindi's next time we want to come to Costa Rica.

We stayed here with our three teenage sons. The home is spacious and the views are amazing. Everything we needed was at the house - comfortable to spend a day there or come back after a day at the beach to enjoy a breathtaking sunset. An easy drive to the beaches & lots of options for activities. ZINDIS - the property management company was great to deal with throughout planning our trip and our time in Costa Rica. Tico tours is a must for any adventures. Would recommend this house to anyone looking to enjoy all the beauty Costa Rica has to offer.

We stayed in this beautiful home with our three grown children and their significant others. It is even better than the pictures. The view is unbelievable and we basically lived on the outside patio area eating, playing games, swimming, enjoying the beautiful view and weather. Three of the bedrooms were huge and very private. Everyone was very helpful. We had a couple of short water outages but they were resolved in a short period of time. This beautiful home was the highlight of our Costa Rica vacation!

We are a group of airline people with spouses that travel together all over the world and always rent a nice house for milestone birthdays. This was by far the best rental we have ever had. Very conveniently located. Zindis group helped us with a car rental thru Adobe, who picked us up at the airport and took us to the rental office. Nice clean cars. It's easy to get around. Edgar from Zindis group took us up to the property to make sure everything was ok. The house was amazing!!! Very well taken care of. All the amenities that you need. Fully stocked kitchen. Bedrooms and bathrooms were spotless with plenty of extra towels for the beach or the pool. And speaking of the pool. An amazing infinity pool with fantastic views over Playa del Coco. The deck is huge with outdoor seating, lounge chairs and a nice big gas grill. The whole house is air conditioned which is nice after a day on the beach. Everything is within reach from beaches to restaurants and a very well stocked grocery store. One of our showers got clogged up with calcium deposits but Zindis was right on it and sent a plumber and it was a quick fix. This place does not disappoint and it's a place you'll want to come back to and we will!

This house is simply paradise. Everything you could need to escape and relax. My wife and myself LOVE this house! It’s perfect for our weekend retreats and have stayed there multiple of times now. We enjoy cooking together and this house has everything needed including a fully equipped kitchen and excellent large outdoor gas grill. The entire house is well appointed with high-end furniture, great décor, very comfortable living area, cable TV, large bathrooms, AC throughout the house, and an incredible 2 master bedrooms both with spectacular views of the ocean and bay area below from the hilltop. They have recently installed brand new top of the line washer and dryer set. The negative edge pool is perfect with the backdrop of one of the best views in Costa Rica. The house is located in excellent location just a short 5 minute drive south to Coco de Playa with access to the beach, shopping, and great restaurants. Or head the other north direction and only a few minutes to Playa Hermosa with nearby restaurants, shops, and activities. Our favorite restaurant Ginger is only a couple minutes from the house and make sure to order the Mongolian ribs and hot chocolate cake and ice cream for dessert – delicious! The management company for the rental home is exceptional. The best we’ve ever worked with. Everyone is incredibly helpful to ensure easy check in upon arrival and constant attention during our stay to ensure the best experience possible. Both Edgar and Tim will take care of you and go above and beyond to exceed expectations; they exemplify the best approach for top quality service. They also offer a concierge service, which has been excellent for us. They have customized our activities to fit our schedule and set up private excursions including a day of sailing, ATV, and 4x4 side-by-side rides. You won’t be disappointed to rent with this company for this immaculate rental home. We have rented houses all over Costa Rica, this is by far one of the best all around in amenities, location, and best value. Highly recommended!!!

Casa Buena Vista was a wonderful house to stay at for our family of seven. The house is spread out and set up so that everyone can have their own space if desired. The pool, views, BBQ area are outstanding. They have everything you need to feel like you are at your own home for your stay-we cooked every day, did laundry when needed, had PLENTY of towels both beach and shower. It is such a relaxing and peaceful plac in a great location too. What you see in the pictures is what you are getting. The Zindis group was also great to work with-very easy to get in touch with if needed. This place will not disappoint!!
