Not too bad. but they need to have a 24 hour a technical service based in the hotel.

The staff.

There was no hot water that day. I have been told that there were some fault and they are waiting for someone to come and fix it. had to leave without having my usual morning shower. Also, there was no mini fridge in the room as described.

Ubytování splnilo očekavání a za danou cenu je to ok.

Snídaně mi chutnala. Na pokoji byla k dispozici i vana což není zrovna běžné. Přijemná obsluha. Blízkost obchodů i různých restaurací a street foodů. Přijemný benefit je i bar v přizemí i když bohužel zahulený.

Nízký tlak vody u vany. Okolí hotelu je místy dost odpudivé. Odpadky na ulici apod. I když na místní poměry je celkem normální. Mohlo by být víc informací pro turisty i když je mimo sezónu.

Je voulais mettre unebelle note car du soir bien accueilli mais apres mon avis a changé, pas de chaude de toute la nuit

L’acceuil du monsieur du soir tres gentil. Je venais de passer une journée dans les avions et les trains les taxis et quand on arrive pas de chaud mais on me repond que ca va etre remis donc je me lave a froid . Et du lendemain matin a 11h on me repond que pas de problème il y a de l’eau mais ce n’etait pas vrai , toujours pas d’eau chade . De plus aucune chaine francaise . Je ne peux pas mettre cet hotel dans mon book . Mes clients recherchent au moins une bonne douche chaude apres une journée a voyager et quand on veut attirer les européens on leur met quelques chaines de télé . Au matin j’ai exprimé que je devais me depecher a trouver un autre hotel pour prendre une douche et bien l’acceuil du matin n’était plus du tout le meme, une personne froide , pas de parole . Rien . On règle pas les problèmes dans cet hotel .

The staff are very bad ,when you have to pay for anything ,tehy don’t give you rest of money and they said no have change ,so you have to leave it for them.

Convenient and practical

There was a variety for breakfast, the staff were very friendly and wiling to help. Good central location within good walking distance to the centre, train station. Shops etc.

There is a night club next door and the it was quite loud all night.

Small, friendly and high quality.

Staff were so helpful, helping me with bags. Room was really high quality and lovely bathroom. Breakfast had a variety of sweet and savoury, fresh bread and freshly squeezed orange juice. Although the area has busy streets they kept spaces outside the hotel for guests with security guard nearby. Cosy reception area.

Very little to dislike. There was even a pizza shop round the corner. Local streets had a lot of traffic.

Excellent cosy hotel

The reception agent Fadhal (morning & day shift) was excellent with his exceptional help service and communications, my stay was very comfortable & had yummy breakfast, all went well & would Come back again over there.

Na jedna noc, nie więcej. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja i przemiła obsługa.

Przemiła obsługa, bardzo pomocna i uśmiechnięta. Wielkie ukłony dla Was wszystkich. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, blisko medyny i centrum miasta.

Hotel dużo lepiej wyglada na zdjęciach niż w rzeczywistości. Ciemne, zimne pokoje (w grudniu), brak ciepłej wody wieczorem :( słabe śniadanie - głównie na słodko + zimne omlety. żadnych warzyw czy owoców, niepijalna kawa.

Very disappointed

The toilet seat was not clean, I was very angry. We arrived late at night very exhausted, we asked for two single beds but we got a double bed, I called the staff to fix it or give us another room, he did it but one bed was without blanket, he brought an old one, which doesn't look clean. When I entered the bathroom, I was really upset the toilet was not clean, I was very tired of going down and asking him to do something since he was very slow at fixing the bed, They promised us breakfast in the morning since we are leaving very early, and guess what? we got nothing the next day.

Good Hotel

The room was clean and spacious. Guys the reception were welcomed.

The breakfast was poor. The water in the toilet was cut at midnight and when I informed the reception, they told me that this issue happens every night.

The proximity to the city center is a plus

Very good

The location was good for me because it was in the neighborhood where I lived many years ago. It might be a bit out of the center for many tourists

The entrance wasn't clearly marked so it took us a while to figure out that we had to go up the outside steps. We didn't have bags but it would have been inconvenient

it’s comfortable stay. staff were attentive, very nice and welcoming. kudos to Habib, Salah, Fadil and the lady at reception for their great job. And also to the ladies of housekeeping who often asked me to clean or fixed my room, they’re all amazing.

competitive - good stay in overpriced Tunis hotel landscape

staff is helpful and kind. heat was fast. towels smelled great. breakfast is sufficient.

wifi is unreliable and intermittent. shower was not a spray. just a stream of water. outlets are a trickle to charge - very slow.

All in all, not bad, but they have to improve some things

Very helpful Receptionist, answered very fast to all requests. I am sorry I did not asked the name.

I upgraded the room from initial reservation for a room with balcony. According description - (This twin room features a balcony, air conditioning and tile/marble floor), but the balcony did not exist... Just some 30 cm window ledge. They should mention that the hotel do not have any room with balcony. There was a problem with the internet. I could not connect to internet in the room only occasionally, being necessary to go out from the room in the floor lobby, or even on top of the stairs lobby. Another problem is the fact that I did not received yet an invoice, necessary for my company, even I marked from the beginning I need an invoice, at departure time was not ready, and I did not received it either by email until now. (I left all necessary details, yesterday they answered I will receive it today, but still nothing).

Don’t allow people smoke inside the hotel

The staff in the reception were very nice and helpful.

The most thing that I am not satisfied with is allowing people to smoke in the reception and even in the restaurant at the morning when we went to take our breakfast. We really not happy with this special we have a kids with us and three of people were smoking inside the restaurant while we eat.
