On the first level, you’ll find four bedrooms. One room with a pyramid bunk a twin-over-twin bunk and its own private bath gives the kids their own space to fulfill their own vacation dreams. The other three bedrooms are all king masters, two of which face the sound with access to a deck furnished with cedar Adirondack seating. The fifth king master bedroom is located on the upper level, and also offers deck access. All of the bedrooms feature private luxury baths and are thoughtfully designed to create a soothing retreat. On this level, too, is the home’s great room, kitchen, and dining area with seating for 12, a seamless space designed to bring families together for memorable meals, companionable conversation, and renewed connection. From the deck you’ll see why Pamlico Sound can mesmerize the senses ... from the graceful show performed by the windsurfers and kiteboarders who take to the water, to the call of birds who inhabit the marshes, to the sight of the setting sun as it ignites the sky. *Please note that this property has a pool that can be heated for $600. Pool heaters, when pool heat is purchased, are set to 80 degrees, but pool temperature cannot be guaranteed.
Dogs are welcome for a fee of $200/dog/week.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the weekly dog fee is already included in your booking summary when selecting 'Yes' to pets. The $200 weekly fee will apply for each additional dog.

Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-refundable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home with a coverage limit of $3,000. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.
