Our family enjoyed our stay at the condo. It was beautiful, clean, and had a wonderful view of the ocean. The location can’t be beat, just a short walk and you’re on the beach. The condo pool was great and never too busy, our family spent most of the time at it! Thank you for letting us stay at your beautiful home!

Ive stayed a several different condos in this community and this us the most up to date/newlyremodeled. Would stay here again. Wish they had a balcony grill and instructions how to use the safe. I found that easily on google.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed for 4 nights in SR-19 and the unit was very nice, better than the photos.The kitchen is stocked pretty well with cooking and serving items. We did not have a car and we walked everywhere there are so many places to eat. Our kids took surf lessons across the street.

Spacious 3 bedroom with tons of room and great view. Pool is good (if busy) and just across the street is the beach. Overall very pleased. Only ebi would be if we would have heard back from properly manager about a late checkout ask and if coffee filters and washing machine detergent included.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Condo was very nice and much bigger that we expected. Has everything you need for your stay and the back deck is very private and has nice furniture. What was really great was they had four beach chairs, an umbrella and a couple of coolers. You need the umbrella for the beach as it was hot! The pool was really nice and clean but could use more chairs. We loved Tamarindo. There are tons of very good restaurants with reasonable prices and the wait staff were so friendly and fun. Recommend the Pelican (seafood, sushi and beef) and Antici Sopporo (Sicilian). Lots of shops with decent merchandise. The only annoyance was the number of people on the beach selling junk. They were constantly coming up to us and they ask everyone in your group if you want to buy something. Few nits. First, they need better window shades, especially in the master. There was too much light coming in at night and if you need dark to sleep you can forget it unless you wear a mask. Second, we could not find the ceiling fan remotes which was a pain. The one in the master did not turn on at all. Third, the king in the master is a little firm and the bed squeaks. Fourth, note that it is not beach front, you have to cross a busy street to get to the beach but it is not a big deal and it is close. As you can see, these are nits and if we went back we would stay there again for sure.

If you play pickelball or tennis, it’s about a 10-15 minute walk. The beach is across the street and is good for running or walking. A few times we had no water but that may be typical in CR. Other than that we would definitely want to stay there again.

Reviewer Comments: This unit has been completely redone. I loved all the smart storage and closets complete with big fluffy towels, the beautiful and well-appointed kitchen, and great views. It's right in the heart of Tamarindo making it so easy to walk across the street for surfing and beach walking or out to a restaurant. No car is needed. Our kids LOVED the location.

We never actually got to stay at the property but my son stayed in this building last year. My family of 6 was to arrive at this condo on 6/1 however the night before while staying at a house 20 minutes away in a gated community we were robbed in the middle of the night while we were sleeping. My 19-year-old son woke up to a masked man in his room right next to his bed. Not only were we robbed of all our cash, wallets, computers, cell phones....we were beyond frightened. We had no choice but to chancel the rest of our trip. Our stay was from a Thursday to a Saturday and even though we know it's not the fault of this VBRO owner we were praying they would understand and possibly refund 1/2 of the amount we paid. Not a chance...they could care less. My family is safe and that's all that matters but we have learned a valuable lesson. No one cares about your well-being! As soon as something goes wrong in this country no one speaks English or is willing to help. We will not be going back!!!!!!!

We were a group of 4 singles and the sleeping arrangements were just what we needed. The location is perfect for great beach days, dining and shopping. The common property is very well manicured and always spotlessly clean. We did not swim in the pool but many people did as it is a beautiful area. Couldn't have asked for anything else out of this lovely accommodation.

The beach is right across the street as well as several restaurants, bars and shops. The condo is newly renovated so everything is very nice and modern. Condo is stocked with lots of towels, linens, pots/pans, appliances, beach gear - really didn't need to buy anything additional. The shared pool is much larger than the photos, great temperature and nice waterfall. Would highly recommend this place.

I kind of had been recently renovated, and they didn’t outstanding job. The kitchen is well stocked with all the essentials and more. More than enough space to allow people to spread out both indoors and out. The bed linens and towels great. Although you can’t see the sun setting you to get a lovely view of the ocean and the color changes at sunset, as well as the surfers during the day. In addition, you look right over the pool. On-site Parking is convenient. Parking is convenient and the location is perfect, you can walk to everything. Although the little grocer next door doesn’t aways have the freshest produce.
