Close to RF Funding Center for SEU Graduation. Very clean, comfortable beds, and k-cups were provided for Keurig.
We spent much of our free time on the covered back patio (fan, raptor Bluetooth speaker included).

My husband and I enjoyed staying in Dixieland while visiting our son who attends FSC. The home is close to restaurants, stores, and lakes. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is very well stocked and the backyard was a comfortable hang-out! The owners provided great communication and were very attentive. Highly recommend!

Lovely house, lovely location, it certainly was a delight and, as a bonus, just 2 doors from a brewpub. The Cob and Pen is in a former church, interesting ambience but great beer.
We loved staying here. If we return to Lakeland it will be our first choice. We tend to move around for our Winter break but Lakeland could be a revisit.

Loved this older home especially the outdoor Tiki as it reminded us of being back in the Key's. Great host and had a lovely time.

Visited our daughter who recently graduated from FSC and now teaches in Lakeland. House is in a perfect fairly central location and sets up nicely for a comfortable place to stay. Love old houses, interesting layout, and the tiki hut out back is awesome. We love Cobb & Penn a couple doors down. Sheree was great and incredibly responsive. Would love to stay here again.

What a charming property! It was perfect for the three of us for a few days. Very well appointed, cozy and convenient to downtown. The host was super responsive when I had a question about parking. Make sure you make your way a few blocks to Lake Hollingsworth and enjoy the view! Would definitely stay again.

The house was just as cute and clean as it appeared in pictures. It is super close to everything fun to do in Lakeland: Cobb & Pen, the Farmers Market and Lakeland Community Theatre. It is also the perfect location for a sunrise stroll around Lake Hollingsworth. The beds were super comfortable and the outdoor area was cool and inviting. I will definitely stay again and look forward to it.

We came into town for our daughter's graduation. We had our immediate family and my elderly parents. This place made the best place to call home for the weekend. We were able to host our family gathering around the dinner table, played games together in the living room. The beds were very comfortable.
Thank you for helping us to celebrate our grad well.

Clean house as described on VRBO. Location on the same street as Cob and Pen and a few short blocks from Born and Bread. Less than a mile from Polk Museum of Art, Lake Morton and Lake Mirror. Location served our purposes for the weekend. The house was comfortable for 4 adults. Communication with owner was prompte and timely.
