There are many restaurants & shops nearby, historic downtown is only a few minutes away. You will be dreaming of this home!

This home will suit all your needs - the spacious open living room & kitchen that leads out to the deck that has a grill area & perfect view. Enjoy the private fenced in backyard.

Primary bedroom-
Expansive space with a king bed, a sectioned off living area that offers a pull-out bed. The walk-in closet will fit all your luggage and belongings. There is an ensuite bathroom, with dual vanities as well as a washer and dryer.

Queen bed with balcony and tv.

Bedroom 3-
Queen bunk beds with tv.

The living room provides comfy couches, with one being a pull-out couch as well. The kitchen has been stocked with all your cooking needs. The guest bathroom is shared and has a bath/shower combination. The garage is accessed during your stay. There is a yard space to use as well!

In Your Dreams property is better than a dream because its real! It is a pristine, spacious home that is beautifully decorated in a relaxing, coastal theme. The main bedroom is massive, plus there is a sitting area. The closet is huge and there are plenty of hangers. Thank you!! Not to mention multiple dressers for clothing. There was no need for my husband and me to 'overflow' into the other 2 bedrooms due to lack of space in the main bedroom which is usually the case when I pack too many clothes for us that we really don"t need.😉 The kitchen is beyond large which made cooking enjoyable. We like to stop at Fisherman's Dock Seafood market and grab some fresh fish to cook up whenever we visit St. Augustine. The cabinets are well stocked with dishware, pots, pans, every utensil you could want. And lets not forget the most important thing to a cook - knives that are sharp and actually cut! 👏 The living area has multiple comfy couches and plenty of room to spread out. Not to mention a large Smart TV to log into your streaming apps. If you can tear yourself away from the exquisite accommodations, take the short walk to the beach and sink you toes in the white powdery sand. If you prefer to drive the beach access ramps are close by, too. Overall, great location, close to everything. Convenient backyard for our little dog. And Lauren was a wonderful host. Always in communication in case we needed anything to make our stay even better! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The house is accurately pictured, very spacious and family friendly. Our family (my husband and me, our two grown and newly married children - yes, two weddings in 2023 - and their puppies) enjoyed the house and surrounding area. House is “bullet-proof” and clean, beds comfy and lots of space to spread out. Will definitely book again! Hosts were super communicative, checking in a couple times to make sure everything was okay and with check in and check out instructions

The house is very nice and is great for entertaining. We had 16 people there during the day and never felt crowded. The beach access is great. We got to see a rocket launch from the Cape while we were there. Such an awesome place to stay. And the host was very responsive to questions and helpful. Thanks for a great vacation.

I came to St. Augustine to spend the weekend with a group of friends and this house was in an ideal location to walk to the beach and take a short drive up to downtown St. Augustine. The house was very spacious and the wraparound deck was great for spending some time to sit outside in the evening and watch storms rolling in. Lauren was very accommodating and responsive when I reached out a number of times throughout my stay. I would definitely come back if in the area again

The house is exactly as pictured. Great location in Butler Beach with direct beach access less than a block away IN the neighborhood. Plenty of space to spread out with a larger group [ we had 8 adults, 3 children, and three dogs] Communication with the host was prompt, which is always appreciated. Overall we were very happy with our stay and will book again for our friend get togethers.

This property was well decorated, stocked with kitchen and bedding necessities and accurately described on VRBO site. The location was perfect for our girls trip weekend getaway. It was only a block from the beach, minutes away from groceries and dining and less than 20 minutes from St. Augustine Historic district. We loved having many sleeping options for our group, being able to park our car in the garage, and the large living space and deck to move about. We would recommend this location to others for sure.

We truly loved our vacation stay at this house. It is a very short walk to the beach and easily manageable with two kids and a beach wagon. The beach is pristine and the area is very nice. The house is a great size and easily allows parents to have a little bit of separation from their kids while everything is still maintained on one level. The garage access makes it even better to not walk out to a hot car. Looking forward to potentially staying here again in the future!

To say we LOVED this VRBO is an understatement. The home was immaculate with a large, well stocked and organized kitchen. The open floor plan had plenty of windows providing great light. The wrap around porch provided both sunrise and sunset views. The home was decorated so nicely and clean. The host was amazing and attentive. The location was perfect, just steps from the beach. I would absolutely stay here again!

The house was spotless upon check in. We were able to check in early which was very helpful since we had our dogs with us and three children. The house is spacious and the balcony is gorgeous. Easy walk to beach and the wagon for the beach was nice to have. We all had plenty of room and the little details around the home were very nice. We look forward to staying again.
