The "Beach Retreat" House is a 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath Ocean View home with HD Digital Expanded Cable with 4 large HD TVs, Wi-Fi, larger living room with gas fireplace, large windows, plus a 2nd living room/rec room, 2 level 10 x 20 deck, new 2022 6–7-person hot tub, air hockey table, foosball table, pool table, custom built 12 ft play structure with tube slide and climbing wall just blocks from the casino/beach.

Your Roads End location puts you within walking distance beach access & Chinook Winds Casino of 1/2 mile or less. Gather up the family or your favorite friends and come rejuvenate at the Beach Retreat house!

Beds were very comfortable. Hot tub was nice and the fire pit was great for s'mores. Lots of room with dining table big enough for eating and games.

The house was perfect for our family. The beds were comfortable and the main bathroom was nicely updated. Some of the furniture and carpet have seen better days, but we didnt mind. The outside area was great especially the firepit and the hot tub. The kids loved the play structure and the toys inside. We could see the ocean from some of the rooms. It's about a 10 minute walk to the beach with the way back being uphill. We made the trek several times and even saw some deer along the way. There's room in the driveway for 4 average size vehicles. We would definately stay here again. and foosball

The house was large and comfortable. Parts of it have been remodeled, parts are a little older, but honestly, with a large group like ours, it’s nice to stay in a place that we’re not afraid to “live” in. The house had many amenities, and pretty much any appliance and cooking utensil we needed. The outdoor space was great too! Very large and lots of fun stuff! There was one small part of the deck that seemed a little unstable, so we stayed off that part. We would definitely recommend the Beach Retreat!

We came for a family weekend with our adult kids and babies and 2 dogs. Home was great set up for all and appreciated the booster chairs, sand box, and tree house& hot tub and fire pit and Bbq! Awesome place for kids and Dogs!

The place has plenty of things to do and space for everyone to enjoy. It was my husband’s 77 birthday anand family checked in nearby stopped by to greet him. Steve is a great host ready to assist when needed. My grandson doesn’t want to leave the place he loved the playground, air hockey, billiard pool, close to the beach, and we were visited by a family of deer walking in the street which was a treat.

Loved the house! Waiting for the kitchen to get the update the bathrooms have that will be amazing! We were a little concerned because we found beer cans and lots of food in the couches and under them were terrible but overall the house was what we were looking for! Thank You! We cleaned everything we used and appreciate the list of things to accomplish as we were getting ready to leave! Love having the double washer and dryers! Again loved the House! We will look forward to staying again in the future!!!!!!! The Rains Family!

I spent three days over spring break with my two teens and a few of their friends at this beach house rental. It rained for half the trip, so we spent lots of time inside. The entertainment options in the home were perfect for teens; pool, foosball, air hockey and a hot tub. The home has lots of sleeping options, three bathrooms and multiple TVs. Our dog loved the oversized corner lot for playing catch and zoomies. If the kids were younger the tree house would have also been fun. This is not a beach front property, but you can see the ocean from a few select spots at the home. There is a shortcut/easement right across from the driveway that connects down to 50th which has beach access. It's about a quarter mile walk, downhill, to get to the access point.Or, you can drive to the Road's End Beach which is about a mile away, too. The home is located close to a grocery store and any amenities that you could need. The home is quirky, with a unique layout that is deceivingly large on the inside. I was able to sleep well upstairs, with not too much noise, even when the teens were staying up late. The furnishing aren't new, but they are comfortable. I would recommend this rental because you get a good beach house for a reasonable price.

What a great place to relax with your family. My grandkids had a blast. I also liked that my mom had a bedroom downstairs with a bathroom of her own . It’s really a great place to enjoy your family and relaxed and have plenty of room there was 8 of us and we were all comfortable. The owner was also super nice we will be going back.

We enjoyed our stay at the Beach Retreat House. It has great accommodations for families with children; the pool table, fuse ball and air hockey tables are a great addition to the play structure, hot tub and huge yard. Furnishings are a bit dated but still all in working condition. We appreciated that the hot tub had just been refilled before our stay and was clean! Also loved that double washer/dryer combo for our large family! Owner was fantastic and very responsive to our emails! Only wished beach access wasn't so far, we ended up driving to an access point.

This was the perfect house for our family of 11- 7 adults and 4 children. Because we had exceptional weather, we were able to enjoy the deck for all of our meals and the children played on the climbing structure. The hot tub was wonderful and the indoor games (football and air hockey) were also a hit. The walk to the beach was easy though we spent more of our beach time in Pacific City. It was just a great setup for all of us.

The yard and all of it's amenities were perfect for our group for children ranging from 10-2. The house provided the same qualities. The walk to the beach was short but an uphill hike, so be prepared the view is worth the walk.

We stayed here for a family trip with a big group and lots of kids. We really appreciated the dual living rooms and all of the wonderful activities like the hot tub, fire pit and play structure. The house was well stocked and close to the beach. No complaints! Would definitely book again.

Lots of things for the kids to do. Nice fire pit. We really enjoyed the options indoor and outdoors. The only bedroom which works for handicap is off of kitchen.. it needs small night stands on each side of bed and mirror removed from closet floor and luggage rack, because older guests and handicapped persons cannot use suitcases from floor. Also lamp did not work. Kitchen needs to have a 9 by 13 pan and a larger kettle for big amounts of soup or mac and cheese etc.

For one the house seemed bigger and nicer in the pictures. The dishes we had to rewash a lot of them because they were dirty. The sandbox in worse condition then the picture looks. Beds weren't very comfortable. And during our stay the owner showed up asking if he could mow the lawn. Mind you we were do to check out the next morning. Made everyone feel a little uncomfortable

We had a great stay. It's located on the south end of the Roads End area close to shopping & the casino with excellent internet & cell phone service. The kitchen was well stocked, it has a small view of the ocean, a large fenced in yard for the 2 dogs in our group, plenty of space to spread out, good parking, and actual cable TV. We had a problem with the outside garbage when we first arrived and Steve, the owner, very quickly took care of it. We'll keep it on our radar for future stays.

We had two of our children and their spouses along with 6 grandchildren. The house is setup very well for 3 different families to live in and not be underfoot! We all had our own personal space! The playground outside was great for the kiddos! With Safeway around the corner and the beach only a couple blocks away it was definitely worth the stay! Would love to do it again soon! I highly reccomend this house!
