This stunning brand-new home has granite countertops in the kitchen and in the bathrooms, new stainless Steele appliances. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the cookware and appliances you would need to cook any meal. The home has an open spacious living area to relax and enjoy each other's company. two out of the three rooms are equipped with a flat screen TV and an extra floor mattress for guests. Private bathroom and tub in the master bedroom. multiple areas to entertain or relax in the home. The house features various GAMES !! in the tv room there is games such as UNO , “What The Meme” to have lots of fun and make memories with family or friends . there is also a X Box One in one of the bedrooms. outdoor patio furniture with Corn Hole game for those wanting to enjoy the California sun. All three bedrooms are equipped with queen size memory foam beds and fresh linens that are professionally cleaned. The home has been designed to create the feeling that you are in your home away from home. There is garage space available that allows your car to stay out of the variable Fresno weather. This home is in a great area 3-4 miles away from Fresno Yosemite airport, Fresno state university, Sierra vista mall and other shopping centers and golf courses

We stayed here two nights as we visited Sequoia and King's Canyon National Parks. The house is new, clean, and roomy. It was a good place to stay for a family of four. Both of our teenage kids had their own bedrooms and a bathroom to share, while my wife and I had a large master suite and master bath. The one thing that we really didn't like is the master bath because there is no door between the shower and the bedroom. That might be great when you're newlyweds, but not when you've been married 24 years and would prefer some privacy (haha)! We also thought it was funny that there's signs all of the house about "quiet hours" between 10pm and 8am and there were multiple parties going on around us after 10pm on Saturday night. But it wasn't a big deal because they weren't loud enough to keep us up. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here and the hosts were accomodating.

The location was great and the owner was very responsive. The house is new. Some basic amenities were not available (toaster, paper towels, shower gel/bar soap, hand towels, etc.). We left a list for the owner and purchased a toaster for the house. Also, the corn hole game in the photos was apparently just for staging. There were no corn hole boards on property.

We had 2 family staying together here and we had a great time. The house was big and spacious. I was a little concerned if there were going to be enough space for 10 people but it was perfect! Check in process was easy once we were able to communicate. Owner was great and attentive, checked in via email to make sure we have everything we need. The neighborhood felt safe and it was clean. I would definitely stay here again. My kiddos did not want to leave.

Great experience and beautiful house! Would definitely stay again. Just a heads up though, there wasn’t any toiletries other than hand soap and dish soap. Also no paper towels and only bath towels, no hand towels or wash clothes. Not a big deal and there is a Vons nearby if you didn’t bring any toiletries like us.

Cute, cozy, modern place in a brand new neighborhood. Made our stay feel safe and secured. Despite road closures, easy to get to and within a few miles of stores. Thanks to host for checking in if we needed any more supplies and providing extra floor mattresses. Really enjoyed our stay. Two recommendations: install body mirror and better quality toilet paper.

We spent 3 days 2 nights at this property. It was exactly as advertised. Very nice, clean and in new desirable neighborhood. Very quiet at night. We enjoyed the backyard a ton as it's quite relaxing and the kids enjoyed the space. It was very clean when we arrived and the owners were very quick to answer any questions. I can see myself staying here again when I'm in Fresno. This unit does not disappoint!

An absolutely beautiful property. It looks EXACTLY how it looks in the photos provided. Very clean and the neighborhood is very nice! Had an amazing time and would definitely book again. The host was quick with responses and willing to work with us also!
