About this apartment rental

My 2 story apartment home is perfect for families visiting with its large and spacious floor plan. Each bedroom has a full bathroom. Living room and one of the bedrooms has a 55" Inch Roku Ready TV. The washer and dryer are available to use in the home with complimentary laundry pods being provided. Make yourself a coffee every morning with our Keurig - Kcups, creamers, sugar and tea provided. Need more beds? We have 2 foldable twin beds for you to use and the sofa turns into a Queen sized pull out bed. Living room also has a 55" 4K Roku TV. If you choose to stay in the home, I provide board games! Need to work? The home has free fast 200Mbs Wifi.
Complex is small, well lit and gated. Your reservation comes with 1 reserved parking spot in the gated parking area - additional parking is available as well for $10 a night. I'm a big believer in safety so not only do you need a code to get into the parking area and a code to get into the actual complex but the home comes with a home security system which allows you to self-check-in using the door keypad.
Home is just minutes away from Downtown Santa Ana and just a short drive to Disneyland, Knott's Berry Farm, Anaheim Convention Center, Honda Center, Angel's Stadium and much more

First off, this is a cute little property! It's decorated beautifully, and close to Disneyland and the beach. If you have infants and small children, they have a cute little crib in the master bedroom and even a baby bathtub to accommodate you. I took off a few stars because when we got there the place had a strange smell and there were tons of mosquitoes and fruit flies flying around. We had to go to Walmart and get some raid and mosquito repellent. My kids still got bit a few times. Also, the sheets had hairs on them and looked dirty so I had to wash all the sheets before we all went to bed. The bottom bunk bed in the children's room has a large urine stain on it which grossed my son out and he didn't want to sleep there. The shower head in the children's bathroom is also broken so they had a hard time using it. I think the place just needs a little maintenance and a really good cleaning job. There were also brown, what I hope was chocolate stains all over the walls, couch, and light switches. I went through the whole place with Clorox wipes and cleaned it the best I could. I was just frustrated because I was tired from traveling all day and literally had to clean the place up to get it suitable for my family. Unfortunately I wouldn't stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay here. The drive to Disneyland and john Wayne is short. We enjoyed how child friendly the home was for our 2 year old. It is a very safe rental.

I expressed my thoughts about the issues regarding cleanliness to the owner. There were caked on handprints on the glass door and trash can that I had to wipe off, floors were not cleaned. My children’s feet were dirty and the couch was dingy. Also, a bottle under the bedroom upstairs. The owner asked for a 5 start review but only offered for cleaning services to come when we arrived. What good would that have done? We just got in and settled and my kids were tired from the drive. Perhaps a better option to address these issues would be, a small percentage of the sellers fees taken off the bill, or a dinner certificate/door dash credit to a local restaurant? The seller didn’t even reply back to me, therefore I left a low star rating. Also, they advertised a different looking stroller than the one at the home. So if you’re planning to use the double stroller featured in the listing, I advise you rent one instead. What he provided was a cheap and terrible one, it was so hard to maneuver two children.

The location was secured which is something we look for and came with gated parking . The rooms were spacious and well equipped. It was nice having 2 master suites. Would have appreciated a TV in both rooms...only one room had a tv. Overall was very nice place. I recommend this place and book again in the near future.

Everything was so organized, stocked and they even left complimentary items like coffee, tide pods for laundry and dryer sheets. Secured area and very friendly neighborhood. Definitely will be coming back again. Thank you so much.
