About this lodge
Boasting both location and looks, ADS is a fully renovated, split level, pet-friendly home. Just a short walk to our famous beaches and the main street of Merimbula, you will want to make our house your next yearly holiday destination.
Be in awe as soon as you arrive with the freshly landscaped front yard and the great architectural structure of the house! Enter the house on the ground level to a second living area, styled with a large comfy couch and second flat screen TV.
There is a king sized bedroom with plenty of built in robes, a twin bedroom with 2x king single beds and a large main bathroom, with a stunning free standing bath tub, double basin vanity and walk in shower.
Ascend up the timber lined staircase to the main open planned living/kitchen and dining area.
Relax and enjoy a glass of wine on the front balcony overlooking the Merimbula lake, or snuggle in with a good book infront of the large built in fire place throughout the winter months.
Our home boast reverse cycle airconditioning on the ground level, and a great ocean breeze from the upper level.
There is a master King Bedroom with ensuite and a fourth bedroom with a queen bed on this level, once again both with large built in robes.
There is a third bathroom on the top level that includes a walk in shower, toilet, washing machine and dryer. With so much room to move in the kitchen you can enjoy the views from the front of the house, and keep an eye on the little ones, both 2 legged and 4 legged playing in the fully fenced backyard.

A beautiful house with stunning views. Great entertaining spaces and plenty of room for a family. A really relaxing house to be in and the fact you can bring your dog is a bonus.

8 of us stayed two night in this very comfortable property. Had absolutely everything we needed (and more!). Safe, secure and quiet, lock up garage was a bonus. Close to everything we needed (walking trails, shops, airport, club for lunch). Don’t go past this one, it’s THE place to stay in Merimbula. Highly recommend 5 ⭐️

The property was just what we wanted for five adults - there was even space for our three cars! The property was well appointed - and everything worked! Plenty of space for friends to visit for a BBQ as well. My only complaint is the fans in the showers didn’t do their job - but it didn’t detract too much from our stay! Happy to return in the future!

The property is very nicely appointed, we all just loved it. It is so spacious and each bedroom is beautifully presented. The kitchen works well, especially if you love cooking. The back verandah and BBQ is another great area to entertain. For those with dogs, the backyard is perfect. The view is breathtaking and the sound of the local bird life, while relaxing of an afternoon on the front verandah, is lovely.
My family and I will be back again, and can't wait to return.

11 Collins Street, Merimbula is a stunning property with equally stunning views. The home is spacious and extremely well appointed. Very comfortable stay, loved it!

We had a fabulous week in this stunning newly renovated stylish home. Everything about this home is comfortable and luxurious without being clinical. It was homely too, especially as our beloved dog was still welcome. It had everything you needed to make it a home from home. Truly relaxed on our stay. Communication for check ins etc was all great. We'll definitely be back.
