We paid a premium for this property as it had a hot tub, pool table and it was close to the beach and canals. Our 3 night stay could be best described as a disaster. The hot tub didn’t work properly the whole stay, both tvs didn’t work & needed a technician to fix one of them, which meant we missed half of the AFL Grand Final, the front door key was bent & external doors in such bad condition it was difficult to open and lock them, dishwasher only worked intermittently, bbq was dirty, upstairs smoke detector battery was flat & woke us all up at 4.45 am until an electrician came at 9.30am on day 3 & general level of cleanliness of the property was very average.
Shona the manager did her best to address things but the owners need to urgently do some maintenance on this property.
The expectation we had given the money we spent on this property was high and we were very let down.

The property is in an awesome location very close to the beach, and is a beautiful house. It is well equipped with almost everything that is needed for your stay.
Bring your own beach towels.
BBQ is very small.
