The hotel was clean and updated. Very nice amenities. Breakfast was lacking but I have also had worse. Enjoyed our stay.

Great lodging. Clean environment. Loved LVP flooring throughout building, especially rooms. Much cleaner and sanitary vs. carpet. Enjoyed spacious, relaxing, bright entrance and community area. Food was good and I appreciated the fresh fruit and other healthy choices available.

This is the nicest hotel I have stayed at in the Hilton chain. Very clean, modern, beautiful. I checked in after midnight and the staff was very helpful and friendly. I am disabled and the staff got me a room close to the elevator and advised me of the best parking area without me even asking. I hope to stay here again. Very pleased

Very nice. Very clean. Very friendly.
Loved the walk in shower!
Would be mice to have a chair in the room besides the desk chair.
Very lovely stay.

We arrived quite late, checking in at 1:00 AM. The night clerk, Mr. Willis, was wonderful and very accommodating.
Once we were in our room we found it very comfortable and fairly spacious. We love the hand soap, body wash, and lotion.
The free breakfast was always fresh, hot, and delicious.

We booked 2 room for a family night out. No reason other than to get away from the house for a night. Upon arrival, i was pretty impressed just walking in to the front desk. Cool chairs in the lounge area. Very modern! Not your normal hotel stay all around. They have a pool table which we did not use but still how cool. I can not remember the front desk ladies name, but she was awesome. Very very friendly and positive attitude. We request 1st floor for both rooms and got them. Our rooms were not right next to each other, but they werent far from each other either. The seating/patio area outside was absolutely AWESOME and one of my favorite things about the place! The rooms, also very modern, dont have any storage areas. No drawers or cabinents, which took me a minute to get used to. But thats ok. Because we honestly never use the dressers or cabinets at other hotels. Rooms were a bit smaller than usual, but that also was ok! Very high ceilings in rooms. And i loved the curtains. Blackout completely at night. Showers were great. Everything was great about our stay! Pool was awesome too. Thanks Tru! We will be staying again in the future!

Don was working the front desk. He was courteous and informative. We were on the third floor and heard heavy footsteps and noise from above. Not many options for restaurants in the immediate vicinity.

Very nice hotel. It’s in an industrial park area, so nothing to walk to. I’ve never stayed stayed at a Tru, but liked the amenities.

Very bare bones, but very clean and tidy. No coffee maker in the room, but always free hot coffee in the lobby.

So quiet! Modern lobby and room. The service was EXCELLENT!

Overall the hotel is great. Very modern and clean but I will say I am not sure if it’s because the rooms are “wood” floor versus carpet but the people above me were extremely loud but it could just be the floors.
It did get to the point where I had to call the front desk because it had been a day and a half straight. The woman who answered was courteous and said she would call them but it never changed.
But overall, I’d stay here again, just might need stronger ear plugs haha

This is a very nice and new hotel with comfortable and clean rooms.
Reception staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. There was a gym and saltwater indoor pool (with very cold water). There are a lot of seating opportunities in the reception area plus a pool table and games.
The breakfast selection is good.
We spent two nights there, the drive into Chicago takes approx. 50 minutes by car.
Next door to the hotel is a fantastic restaurant and shop where we dined one night and bought lots of souvenirs.
We enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely book a room there again.

The staff was nice and friendly. The facility was clean. I felt special because my name was on my television when I arrived to my room. I’ve never seen that anywhere else.

The room was okay except for the mirror had hand prints all over it and that made me feel uncomfortable because I didn’t know if anything else was left undone.

Had to wait 10 minutes to check in. No coffee maker in handicap room that i did not request.

I love this hotel - the “greenness” of it especially and the lack of waste. There are refillable bottles of hand soap, lotion, body was, shampoo and conditioner as well as no plastic bags in the waste cans. Breakfast is awesome and the lobby and breakfast areas are very pleasant. Bed is comfy and the room was clean. We also travel with our pets and they are welcomed here.
My only ding is that if you are going to have refillable bottles, the staff has to check them and fill them. Our hand soap was empty.

Worst room service ever. Called in morning on 2nd night of stay for towels and never got them. Didn’t even have a DND sign out. Also guests were walking without shoes and even socks in breakfast lobby. The room was not that clean as my partner had to clean the room before my arrival.

It’s my first day at a Tru Hotel. Like Hilton Lite. Super nice staff, very nice breakfast buffet.

Had a great time. Everyone was really friendly. The lobby and room were both really clean. Breakfast was standard but pretty good.

The hotel was new and clean and right off the highway. The room was quiet and the beds were comfortable. The free breakfast was good and convenient. This hotel would have gotten better reviews if the staff was friendlier. The front desk was unfriendly, every single time. We came back to our room one evening and noticed the room hadn't been cleaned, even after leaving early that day. We needed towels and toilet paper so we called the front desk 8/4/2024, She answered "hello" in a rude, bothered tone. When asked how we would get towels and tp, she said you're going to have to come down here to get it. No I'm sorry, no explanation. Super unaccommodating and rude! Besides the rude staff, our stay was good.

Noisy, could hear walking around above the room, and tv from above

The hotel looks fresh and modern. Is clean. Has modern amenities like plenty of power outlets and charger ports.
Breakfast is pretty good. Good selection of grains and protein and fruits and yogurt plus your juices and hot drinks. Love the coffee/tea station that's always well stocked and available at all times.
The front desk staff aren't the most friendly people I've seen. But it's okay.
Room has terrible soundproofing especially from above. It's like a construction zone at night if you unluckily get a heavy footed upstairs neighbor. like the whole room shakes and resonates like a subwoofer. That happened one night. The next day that person left and the room was pretty quiet through the night.
Overall a very good option to stay in Naperville. It's a bit further from the shopping/dining areas but it's newer and very well priced.

Everything was clean and new. Liked that we could control the temperature in the room. Pool was nice and glad there were towels offered. Didn't get any breakfast since it only went until 9....we slept in a bit.

The check in staff person wasn’t friendly at all, the breakfast area was so jammed and out of so much , no one smiles or offers to help you. Won’t return. Beds were ok. LOTS of noise from slamming doors and room above !
