Really loved our little getaway, the Prancing Horse is so comfortable and welcoming, really nice little touches with the bread, milk, butter and of course a hot chocolate and little cake to enjoy on arrival. Was an absolute pleasure to meet the owner Nigel on Saturday a lovely guy and suggested some great local places to eat.
Sabden is a fantastic place as is the Prancing Horse, we will most certainly be returning. Thank you Dave and Tara

Very well laid out and thought through. Very bright and spacious lounge with two walls almost all glass. Discrete but well equipped kitchen at one end. Bedroom had a skylight in the ceiling and was great for watching the sky. Lovely little patios with tables and even a wooden ‘bar house’ with glasses
I’m not great with Venetian blinds but, understand that the glass walls needed them.

Sabden is a very quiet and friendly village.
Nothing. We were given an amazing welcome by the owner. Felt right at home. Will definitely return.

It was a lovely cottage with a nice front patio and a back patio, which offered more privacy. It's quite easy to find with the instructions provided, lots of room for parking. It was very clean and there was even a small loaf and a pint of milk in the fridge for us.
There was even some nice hot chocolate with marshmallows and some teacakes, which was a nice welcome gift. The room was lovely and bright with a great sky light. The bed was very comfy. We very nearly overslept it was that comfortable.
And the price was great for a little night away. We had a walk in to town which took us a matter of minutes and had a few drinks in the pendle witch. All in all a fantastic stay
The only thing that could have made it better is if there was a hot tub, but we also know that sometimes this isn't viable, so it wasn't an issue. It would have just been a nice added bonus, but for the price and what you get, it was not a problem at all

Stayed here while attending a nearby wedding. Lovely place to stay, and the hosts was so helpful, always answering any questions we had.
The cottage was lovely and clean . Couldn’t fault it in any way.
Shame the hot tub had been taken away as I’d read some brilliant reviews about people’s stays with the hot tub. Never the less we still enjoyed our stay
