I had business in Queens, New York, so a friend of mine sent me the link to this dope, little, cozy property in BK,NY. I read the reviews and they were spot on. I booked it right away.
I loved that parking was on the property.(driveway) I loved the door code entrance so I didn’t have to worry about a key. It was easy and quick. The property was very clean, modern and smelled good. I’m big on smells so this was perfect! Shower is BOMB.. didn’t want to get out! Lol Everything was pretty much new. It was bigger than I thought, it exceeded my expectations when I walked in. I’m not familiar with the area so my main concern was safety. I was very comfortable and I felt safe. The neighborhood is quiet and the people are really nice. There were markets and places to eat within walking distance or a quick drive. (Lenny’s pizza…🔥) I went there twice. Lol
It’s a great, central location to stay if you want to do some exploring. I went to the American Museum of Natural History (AMAZING btw), and Central Park. It took me about 45 min to get to Central Park and the museum was literally down the street. If I had a couple more days, I definitely would have hit more boroughs.
The property owner Wendy, was very helpful and had great communication. I had no issues checking in or checking out.
I told her that I would be back in July when the weather isn’t 23°! 🙂 Thanks again Wendy for a great stay!
No complaints.

The property was a pleasant surprise. It is newly done, extremely well maintained, quiet neighborhood, and the host is super responsive and friendly. Loved our stay - it had all the facilities we wanted.

Location too far from Manhattan, no direct metro access.

Very clean, lots of room, fast wifi connection and very good air condition.
There were lots of delis, grocery stores and fruit stands nearby! The area was nice and felt safe. It’s a 15-20 min walk to the nearest subway. You also could get a bus to Church Avenue.
Wendy is a wonderful person! Very helpful, easygoing and polite.
Everything was perfect.

I loved everything about this property. It looks just as it is pictured, it’s definitely clean & comes with extra toiletries. It definitely feels relaxing & gives off that homey vibe. The aesthetic is also pleasing. The host was available throughout the booking process down to when I checked out. She was always communicating with me to make sure I was comfortable & accommodated. I’ll definitely be booking anytime I’m back in Brooklyn. I love this property!!!!

The apartment is extremely attractive as well as very clean. All utensils were available as well as cleaning supplies. It became quite cold in NYC during my stay and I was able to adjust the temperatures in all of the rooms. When company came to visit they were very comfortable and quite impressed with my choice.
