Booking.com apps misleading.

I quite disappointed with this apps. I've booked Smile Hotel but the receptionist informed it was overbooked. The room I booked was not available. But luckily the receptionist gave us the solution which is she arranged another room in another hotel. (Seeds Hotel, same owner of Smile Hotel). All the reviews was natural because we didn't stayed there. Meanwhile for Seeds Hotel (same owner of Smile Hotel). Weakness: 1. Room is too wangi (over sprayed with air refresher). Making us coughing uncontrollably. It takes one whole day for the smell to reduce. 2. The facilities, the chair is poor. Please change it to something new, no need fancy but comfortable. 3. Cleanliness is poor as well 4. Parking is not convenient. Advantage: 1. Lot of convenience store & clinics 2. Easy to get grab or airasia ride.

Good. the hotel is walking distance to the surau, shops, restaurants, wholesale store, clinics, bookstore.

Over all stay ok, hotel surrounded by many shops, can enjoy different types of foods.

Hotel ok But toile is not comfortable The wash basis is small , better put bigger size Toilet seat too close to the drainage pipe.

Good enough.

I like the location. It is very near to the main city. There are many facilities around. The smell was good, it was clean everywhere. No shared toilets, and no random litter in the hallway. Overall, it was a good experience.

The window was broken in our room. When we asked the staff, they said there was nothing to worry about. But still, there are valuable things within us, and most importantly, our lives could be in danger. Hopefully, our concern will be taken seriously by staff next time.

smile hotel adalah pilihan terakhir saya.

everything is good at family mart

- suasana bilik agak bising. bilik sebelah mengetuk dinding dan mengganggu saya. kedengaran bilik sebelah bersorak, bergelak, menyanyi dan bermain gitar sehingga mengganggu saya. mungkin dinding yang terlalu nipis. tetapi saya tidak meletakkan expectation terlalu tinggi kerana sesuai dengan harganya. -bekalan air terputus sejak saya tiba ke hotel pada jam 4.30 ptg hingga 9.00 malam. setelah itu baru saya dapat membersihkan diri. saya datang dari jauh. memerlukan tempat rehat. apabila ditanya kepada staff tentang ini, dijawab dengan sombong. dan saya call hotel di talian 03-8893 0105 tidak dijawab (sepanjang tempoh ketiadaan air). saya terpaksa menggunakan air mineral untuk urusan di dalam tandas. saya bertanya kepada premis sebelah hotel sama ada kawasan itu mengalami masalah air dan mereka menjawab tidak ada masalah air. bermakna, hanya premis hotel ini sahaja bermasalah berkaitan air. . setelah itu, pukul 4 am tiada air lagi sekali. sehingga 6 am air kembali ada. adakah pihak hotel menutup punca air ? agak kecewa. -air keluar dari bahagian bilik air meleleh ke lantai bilik. mungkin air dari bilik air meresap dan meleleh melalui bahagian2 kecil hingga masuk ke lantai bilik. saya terpaksa menggunakan tuala hotel utk mengelap air tersebut. setiap kali mandi sy perlu pastikan air masuk ke lubang air buangan dengan cepat. jika tidak, akan ada air lagi di lantai bilik. so, dari segi kebrsihan agak leceh untuk solat. -layanan staff agak kurang mesra. terutama staff wanita bertudung, slim. saya tidak tahu namanya. pihak hotel perlu tegur supaya staff lebih mesra dan sentiasa senyum. - keadaan bilik berbau kepam. sarung bantal saya bertompok hitam. tuala setelah digunakan sekali sahaja sudah berbau seperti kain lembap. mungkin cara basuhan tidak bersih.

The toilet is nice. The shower is top-notch.

Not sure why, but the air-conditioner was not it! Even after I re-set and all, but it was still so hot. I waking up in a sweat !
