Very good stay

It’s very quiet and clean . The lady who is handling she is very helpful and making sure that the guests are comfortable while they are staying .

За такую цену все отлично. Все очень маленькое, но очень чисто. Очень дружелюбный персонал. Комнат всего несколько, 2 туалета, толчеи нет. Отличное местоположение, рядом, 10 минут очень ленивым шагов центральный автовокзал, т.е. в аэропорт, из аэропорта, также в дубай без проблем. Напротив остановка автобуса #24, который без пересадок идёт до пляжей, а в обратную сторону до гранд мечети. Напротив алкошоп с очень гуманными ценами. Вай фай без нареканий.

Один минус, плохая звукоизоляция, слышно абсолютно все

Nice and quiet place worth the money

Like the location and price and neat clean quite ☺️ the lady owner guide me to room she is nice lady, as per budget short night staying perfect place, near to the city of Abu Dhabi

Nothing to mention about facility, just trying to come early you might loose public parking space

Все что нужно с дороги чтоб отдохнуть , все есть , горячий душ , теплая постель и нет посторонних за

Местоположение , отношение работников , особенно Остин , комнатка маленькая но отдельная , хорошая постель , есть шкаф , стол , стуло , розетки для зарядки , вода бутилированная .

Освежить стены , хотя они в приличном состоянии , замки в дверях посовременней поставить но это не принципиально .

Ran away from here!

Nothing.

Very bad room condition. The bathroom is a disaster. After seeing the conditions, we ran away from there. Melina, katastrofa. They removed the hotel from the Google's map specifically after bad reviews

Horrible nada recomendable

Nada, e inclusive no nos pudimos quedar en esa mugre. No entiendo cómo Booking permite este tipo de alojamientos peligrosos, sucios y con un muy mal ambiente. Ya hemos enviado la queja a Booking pidiendo que no paguen nada y me devuelvan mi dinero. Espero pronto una respuesta, gracias

Clean and good bedding

The room is very small but sufficient for just sleeping (3 nights). The mattress is very comfortable. The property of the place is very good. Very clean. The place a little difficult to find there are works at the time I was. Around there are taxis and the snack "Al Ashbal" best Shawarma that I ate and the watermelon juice a pure marvel.I recommend for small budget.

Superb

My judgment should be fair. So as the cost now in abu dhabi, it very good choice because it's not too expensive, plus I just booked a few hours before my flight. Grace the owner is too kind & friendly, place is good quite & cleaning all the times,smelling nice when chuck in. The most important thing it was to safe.

A bit mysterious to find the place for first time. Should be more details Like any signs besides or the floor wasn't mentioned.

Very dirty and so small i couldnt stood up at the same time with my wife and the door was like a wooden piece with a small bag locker

Functional (generally) and simple

Separate space for beds - rooms divided with plywood to a personal mini rooms. You can use personal teapot (if the electricity present). Slippers and water bottle. Friendly host. Two big bathrooms.

Not so easy to find. Need to rise up by a creepy lift. If you arrive at night the hostess might not to hear your ring bell or phone calls. The windows are closed by carton - you can't see from it. Electricity can be off time to time.

Very good

The location is good because it’s quiet at night and it’s close to bus stops and the bus station. The room was small but very clean, comfortable and modern. The shared bathrooms were also clean. The host was friendly. We were allowed to check in at night. Good value for money compared to the prices of hotels etc.

We found the check in a little difficult even though we had contacted the host beforehand since we were arriving in the middle of the night and also had no access to internet in Abu Dhabi so we were worried about arrival and how to find the apartment. We let the host know all of this as well as our arrival time and were told that she’d be waiting for us. Since there were no other instructions we ended up waiting in the lobby of the building for half an hour after 2am because she was not there to meet us. We even sent a text message at extra cost to us to let her know we had arrived but after receiving no response we had to call her (again at extra cost) and we were finally told the floor we had to go to. It would have been nice if she came down to find us or at least told us which floor to go to especially since we made it very clear we have no internet to contact her and it was in the middle of the night after a long day of traveling. There were problems with the wifi on our first night and morning so it was not working at all. Luckily the host fixed it and after that it worked but it was still not the most reliable and fastest wifi we have come across. There are two (private) rooms in a space where there are “holes” so you can hear everything going on with the guests in the other room. Luckily we had good luck with neighbors but if you happen to have loud neighbors it could be very annoying.

Basic, but good facilities at convenient location; managed with care

The location is within walking distance from the Abu Dhabi central bus station. I had no problem finding the place! The apartment is divided into small different spaces allowing some privacy (more than in a dormitory). Special about Tanih Place is care and attention for detail. There is a cooker to make coffee or tea at your bedspace. Toiletries and towel are included in the price. Facilities such as hot shower, AC and WiFi worked well. There is a small, but well equipped kitchen. Excellent communicative host. She received me in the middle of the night at 2AM.

A bit gloomy as there are few windows, though there is a small balcony.

bon prix avec une qualité spécial

the owners do all there effort to make your wishes come true . it’s like the pictures . very cozy and quite . near of bus station . 2 larg wc , there is a hot water for shower , all what you need is here , equipment in kitchen , soft facilities in bathroom and the room , people so helpful and the communication with them so easy and fast . really i enjoyed .
