At the entry level, the air conditioner living room as the heart of the house, is one of the architectural highlights of Casa Carpe Diem, and offers three different spaces. From the cosy seating arrangement in front of the fireplace, the outstanding dining table that sits eight to the enjoyable seating arrangement in front of the TV, it allows a fantastic bay view through the enormous picture windows. The horizon seems within one's reach, bringing enjoyment and light.
From the living you have access to one of the terraces with a chill-out area, the BBQ, and an outside table that sits eight persons. There is an awning to protect you from the sun while eating and the views are truly spectacular.
There is also an access to the pool and garden from the living room, and a shower room at this level
The fully equipped kitchen offers all the comforts. The dinner table in the kitchen seats 5, and the kitchen island sits two and is very convenient for meal preparing.. There are several access to the garden and terraces, and from the kitchen you also have access to the garden and to a wonderful terrace with outside furniture to have an informal meal.
On the lower floor, the house has 4 air conditioned bedrooms, each with a spectacular sea view. The spacious master bedroom offers the most spectacular view, has its own private bath, and has direct access to the infinity pool and garden. There is a third shower room in this floor
The pool area and the landscaping of the gardens around Carpe Diem Casa provides a Mediterranean flair and protects privacy. Cypres, citrus trees, and olive trees but also jasmine, lavender, geraniums, and rosemary flank this contemporary home and highlight the typical atmosphere of the region. The large terrace at the infinity pool is the ideal spot for sunbathing in any of its six hammocks, or to enjoy its outside seating area with the mesmerising views of the bay of La Herradura. This area is also protected with several awnings to fully enjoy your time outside
Windows in the living room have electric awnings and blinds, and manual blinds on all the other windows in the house. There is high speed wifi, Air Conditioning all around the house, Astra satellite dish and one outside parking next to the house
