Located steps from downtown Bentonville and its beautiful parks, this newly decorated, 1,121-square-foot modern home with boho vibes is the perfect retreat for families and groups alike!

This airy retreat offers a beautifully furnished and landscaped patio with hanging egg chairs, string lights, an outdoor dining area, and a firepit with comfortable seating. Inside, the welcoming living area provides you with a wonderful place to unwind and rest at home. Curl up on the sofa and watch an entertaining show on the large TV after spending the day strolling around the city. When mealtime comes around, the fully-equipped kitchen will have your back with all major appliances and everything you could need to prepare delicious homemade meals and on-the-go snacks for the crew. You will also find a toaster, wine glasses, an air fryer, and a Keurig. If you don't feel like cooking, though, you can always head downtown and try one of the many wonderful restaurants. This home also offers a mini bar!

Great stay at the Little Rock House for us while we enjoyed the festivities of Bike fest. Easy access to downtown and all bike paths. The house is as pictured. Comfortable beds, although the metal frame on the primary is quite creaky and squeaky ( maybe a tightening and some WD40). The kitchen was well stocked with all that was needed for our stay. It's located on a busy road and could use some light blocking curtains, but was surprisingly quiet during the nights. We found the option to use the back driveway off the less busy road a nice alternative. Overall a pleasant stay!

When I got to the property, the bedding on the master bed was all balled up where the bed had been stripped but it was all sitting on the bed unclean, there was poop in the toilet bowl, so it had clearly not been cleaned, and the trash can in the living room was full to top with dirty diapers and food. It smelled very strongly so I'm not sure how they missed it. The first time I called Vacasa about the bedding I was told that it was clean but that some places leave the bedding for the customer to make the bed, but it was CLEARLY not the case as there was hair on the bedding, etc., so I cleaned the bedding and made the bed myself. When I found the poop in the toilet and called back I was told that the cleaners would come back and clean it because I didn't have the cleaning supplies to clean it. The cleaners never came and cleaned it for the entire 4-day trip. I will never stay in a VACASA house ever again. I shouldn't have to clean my own rental house to be able to sleep and use the bathroom, and I shouldn't have to repeatedly call customer service and never get any results. I try not to be a difficult customer and try to be understanding but actual poop in the toilet and dirty bedding and trash cans full of diapers and food is beyond disgusting and ridiculous.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Communication was clear leading up to our arrival, so checking in was seamless. The home was exceptionally clean and surprisingly spacious for a smaller home. It felt roomy and offered a great floor plan. Six can sleep very comfortably in this home. We were very pleased with the proximity of this property to downtown Bentonville. A short walk of a few blocks will have you on the Bentonville square. And it is also relatively close to grocers, gas stations, etc. My husband was able to easily bike to trailheads within minutes. This property is located on a Main Street leading to the downtown area, so be prepared for quite a bit of traffic. The traffic did not really bother us though. There is a lot of space in the back patio area away from the main street at the front of the property. We sat outside in the back quite a bit and even had a fire in the fire pit while we were there. All in all, it was a great stay.

Super cute and homey house. Close to restaurants and cute downtown Bentonville. We enjoyed our stay. Only thing that could have made it better would have been a fenced yard, but it was a great getaway!

We were looking forward to visiting bentonville until we walked into this place. Combining the sloped floors and flickering light gave my wife and i nausea. Furthermore, we tried to wash the kids clothes with their broken washing machine which was what made us pack up and leave to a much better rental down the street. To cap it all off, they kept the whole 2 day purchase. The management company did get back to us about the broken washer but not until we’d left. Find another place stay… you’ll thank us.

If you want to stay in the cutest, cleanest, most darling place - this is it! Walking distance from downtown and the most amazing farmers market. You can ride your bike from the house to AMAZING mountain biking trails and it is as clean and convenient as can be!! We loved the beds, decor, perfect kitchen and outdoor space! The baskets for storage were much appreciated and not a detail was missed! We will be back❤️

Although I was nervous about what I would find, I was pleasantly surprised at how wonderful this little house was. the complaints are all minor things that could easily be fixed. The table in the dining room was missing an O ring and needed to be tightened so it wouldn't wobble. I was surprised there were no salt and pepper shakers but plenty of other spices. Later I saw shakers in the photos online, so I'm wondering if someone took them. Kitchen towels and pot holders could be added. Otherwise, the place was absolutely adorable, clean, and very comfortable. The location was a bonus being within walking distance of the bustling downtown area full of restaurants and activities. I would definitely return for another visit.

The house was cute and comfy. Loved the location! So close to everywhere we wanted to go. The only complaint is that yes it was set to 75 degrees and was not adjustable. It made for very hot nights when the temps were near 100.

The location of this house is ideal. We could walk to town and the bike trails right from the front door. The property itself is large, offering plenty of space for your pawed friends. Everything you need is inside and the overall accommodations are very comfortable. I've been to Bentonville before on biking trips but this time left the bike home and just explored the other activities of town. Crystal Bridges is definitely a must-see visit and it is close enough to walk. Nice place!

The house was so unique and quaint! The location was PERFECT. We walked everywhere (shops, restaurants, book store) with ease. The host was attentive to EVERY DETAIL and responded within seconds to any questions. We will be staying here at least once a year!
