At the Cozy Getaway, you will find yourself surrounded plenty of restaurants, shopping, antique shopping, Historic downtown fun and art galleries.
Complete with all your modern luxuries, this newly renovated home is the perfect for families and traveling professionals. Quietly nestled on a corner lot near all major highways in the area, this property offers just the right combination of privacy, quiet seclusion and convenience to all the attractions the area has to offer!
The spacious living room features a 55-inch smart TV with high-speed internet at 500 mbps for enjoying your favorite shows curled up on the luxurious sofa and Loveseat.
Dedicated office space with office desk and chair.
The master bedroom has a queen bed with ensuite master bathroom with a lovely walk-in rain shower, double vanities and walk in closet with extra duvets. The 2 Guest bedrooms have a queen bed and closet each. 2 floor mattresses are provided to sleep 2 people and extra sheets are provided.
The Kitchen is fully stocked and ready to make your favorite meal. The kitchen is full of luxurious touches and amenities such as Quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, a glass cooktop range, a fridge, and cooking/baking ware. We provide a Coffee maker, toaster, blender, kettle and utensils. The laundry closet has washer, dryer, cleaning supplies, iron/board and a vacuum for your convenience.
The dining area seats 6 guests. Adjoining the kitchen and dining is a cozy recreation area with board games perfect for hanging out and creating memories.
After a day exploring the great outdoors, unwind on the patio with a glass of wine or take a walk in the quiet neighborhood.
Driveway has parking for two sedans and extra street parking available.

-Exceeding the maximum occupancy results in additional charges and/or eviction without refund.
-Must be 25 to rent and person booking must be present at the property during the entirety of the stay.
-You will be required to sign a rental agreement which will require you to upload your license
We encourage our guests to consider getting travel insurance in case their travel plans are unexpectedly disrupted.
A starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap, dishwashing liquid, trash bags, dishwasher tablets, laundry soap, coffee, and salt & pepper will be provided for your stay.
A $300 security deposit will be held on your card during your stay and released 2 days after your departure pending no damages or missing items. This is a hold, not a charge.

We went to the Dallas area for a baseball tournament. The location of this home was perfect because, the fields we played at were all over the Dallas area at different high schools. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. It is located in historic McKinney, so some of the homes near have the ol' Southern historical look. The restaurants and stores we visited were clean and people were very nice. Everything in the home was as described and there were no surprises. We all felt at home, even our dogs were at home in this Cozy house! We would book again for sure!

This was a beautiful home. Owners were so kind and helpful. We were able to enjoy the eclipse in a quiet neighborhood but were very near to restaurants and McKinney activities. We even got to enjoy a grandson’s baseball game. All in all the best weekend and will absolutely stay at this property again.

We were lucky to find this cozy house while we were having work done on our home. It was exactly what we needed and was convenient to school, work, and hwy 75.
We will definitely recommend for out of town friends and family and would stay again ourselves.

This property was everything we wanted, centrally located. The house was very clean, nicely decorated.

House was large but not greatly furnished. In most rooms you only had bright overhead lights, no lamps. When we arrived we immediately noticed the toilet seat in the hall bath wasn't even attached. Lots of dead flies everywhere but we finally located a broom to clean up. Lawn was very overdue for a mowing. TP holder in hall bath was broken and completely missing in the main bedroom's bathroom. The house was plenty big for us. We had to borrow skillets from nearby family as I absolutely would not cook in what was there. They looked pretty bad.
All in all, the house was nice but in need of lots of maintenance and other things you'd expect from a vacation rental.

It met my needs given my short notice. Having a backyard private area would be a nice addition. Beds were comfortable and master shower water pressure was great. Very important to me.

The property was amazing. It was very cozy and had all the things I needed. The linens and towels were high quality. The kitchen was well stocked and even had coffee and creamer. It is very spacious and the sun room is beautiful. I had to work some and it was a perfect location to sit and work. The host is very responsive and helpful. Lastly, I loved the location as it was close to grocery stores, shops and the highway. I will be back.
