Come & relax in this spacious 4 bdrm 3 bath 2120 sq. ft. vacation rental that is ideal for larger families or a group of up to 12! The master bedroom has a king bed and ensuite private bathroom with a jetted tub and balcony access. The covered balcony has a view of wooded hills and Lake Taneycomo. The second bedroom on the main floor also has a king bed. The third bedroom (this is in the open loft at the top of the stairs and does not have closed doors) has a king bed and the fourth bedroom (upstairs) has two twin over full bunk beds. There is also a sofa bed in the living room.

The sofa bed is in the living room with a smart 55" TV. Lots of card games and board games come with the condo for hours of enjoyment. We also include a portacrib for those with a little one. Free high speed Wi-Fi is also included and all bedrooms come with smart 50" TV’s or larger.

Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen for your convenience with table and bar seating and a high chair. Keurig coffee machine, water kettle, toaster, blender, mixer, griddle, crock pot, and pots and pans are all included. Comes with a large washer and dryer with laundry soap and dryer sheets.

The condo has 3 full bathrooms (one being an ensuite bathroom to the master bedroom) and we also provide hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. We also provide comfortable towels and linens.

Situated in the Pointe Royale Resort, "Sahara's Oasis" provides an ideal location for experiencing the best of Branson. Minutes away from endless outdoor recreation on Table Rock Lake or check out family-friendly attractions like Silver Dollar City and hot spots along the Branson Strip with tons of shows and other events and restaurants to enjoy.

Community Amenities- 18-hole championship golf course (for stays of 6 nights or more we offer a complimentary pass for two for 18 holes of golf (after 2 pm) if interested please let me know before you arrive), heated indoor pool (open year-round), 2 outdoor pools (open Memorial Day-Labor Day), hot tub, kiddie pool, patio areas, lighted tennis & pickleball courts, basketball court, clubhouse w/restaurant and fitness center, fantastic lakeside trout fishing, walking/biking trails, playgrounds, and picnic areas w/community charcoal grills (you will need to provide your own charcoal and lighter fluid). Our condo is ideally situated to be just a few minutes walk from the clubhouse, pools, tennis courts, and restaurant in one direction and a few minutes walk from the playground and Lake Taneycomo fishing area and walking/biking trails in the other direction.

"Sahara's Oasis" is perfect for friends and family visiting the Branson area to explore the great outdoors, enjoy lake activities, check out great attractions and shows on the famous Highway 76 Branson Strip and throughout Branson, enjoy wonderful restaurants or home cooked food in your condo, play a few rounds of golf, or enjoy some wonderful fishing.

Pointe Royale is in a gated community. We provide two access cards which allow you access to the owners side of the entrance to the community as well as access to the fitness center and the pools.

This is a second floor condo requiring you to climb 16 stairs to access the condo and there is no elevator access.

Enjoyed the stay, went with family had a great get away. Did Silver Dollar City one day, rented a pontoon boat for 6 hrs the next day, walked the landing and enjoyed the time away. If you like Pizza, Ozark Mountain Pizza was the best

Great property next to Lakey Taneycomo close to all things Branson and Table Rock Lake. It housed 4 adults and 5 kids perfectly. Kids loved the bunk beds!

We loved staying here. The gated community was quiet and easy to get around. It is not in town, but it’s close enough that you can run to the strip within a few minutes.

Spent the 2023 Christmas weekend with 11 of our immediate family. Enjoyed the size of the rooms and location was good! Easy access and pet friendly as well! Would definitely recommend!!

Property was perfect for our family of 6 adults and infant granddaughter. So many personal touches. Will definitely stay here again! 2 small items - front door handle needs replaced and shower in downstairs front hall was not draining properly. This did not take away from my rating as both items easily fixed.

Overall it was a nice stay. We found trash under the couch and love set that had not been cleaned from the previous tenants Towels were furnished as stated but only one or maybe two per BR. A portable AC was in the upstairs BR that did not work properly finally after some adjustment we were able to get to working. I was surprised at the condition of the steps going up to the unit. They were open and unfinished not painted, no nonslip surface as were the hand rails. Such a nice condo with steps that would not be accepted at my lake camp. Others than that it was nice stay.

It is a great place to stay. Couple of small issues but Davis responded quickly. Our grandkids loved the pool. A couple of boxes of Kleenex in the bathrooms would be nice.

Overall we really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect. There were some minor issues that if fixed could make it awesome. While it sleeps 8 easily, bathing is not so great. After two or three short showers, there is -0- warm water upstairs. So we have to stagger our showering between morning and night so that all can be clean. No iron for the ironing board. In the summer it is best to leave before 10 and return after 10 pm because the a/c upstairs is non-existent. And that includes running the little window assist unit. The dishwasher does not dry the dishes. It appears the heating element is out. The table on the balcony is too large. You can’t sit out there or maneuver around it without constantly having to shift so others can get to a chair. The view on the site from the balcony was in the winter. You cannot see the lake in the summer as the trees fully block it. Not a big deal. We did really have a great time there…. Most vrbo we stay at the owner also uses from time to time. This one is obviously an investment….no harm, just not as homey. Thank you for the opportunity to share your spot.

We came for my child’s 3rd birthday. So we had two small children, parents and grandparents. It was the perfect situation for us. Everyone had their own bathroom. They had 2 pack n plays on site! The pictures do not do justice to how nice and large the condo really is. We loved having quick access to the indoor pool and park. Only notes that would have made our stay even better: - most of the sinks and tubs REALLY needed to be unclogged. - the sheets are all inexpensive microfiber as well as the comforters. Although soft they retain heat to the point that i become very hot and uncomfortable each night. - curtains: there are no curtains in the condo which made it hard to get babies to take naps and the light caused them to wake up earlier than normal. - stairs: there are a lot of stairs involved in this condo. The outside steps look about ready to be repaired or even replaced completely. The inside steps are very steep. It was hard keeping the baby away from them. A baby gate in the closet would have been nice. All in all a very beautiful condo with a lovely view of the water. We would stay again.

Home was clean and well decorated. The kitchen was well stocked and came in handy to keep these kiddos full of snacks! Location was great. Just a quick drive to anywhere youd like to visit in Branson. Playground was less than a blovk away and the clubhouse is just up the hill for swimming. Will stay again if we have a chance!!!

Very clean and comfortable stay! The only thing that was a bummer was no coffee filters were supplied to make coffee. I just assumed that would be provided as well as salt and pepper. But, overall we had a great stay and had plenty of room:)

Quiet and peaceful. Accommodated my family of seven adults and one infant well. In unit with plenty of sunlight. Nice balcony with plenty of comfortable chairs to sit in. There were some issues with the disposal not draining and the dishwasher. Contacted the owner of the unit at the time. But did not hear from them until stay was over. Didn’t let that bother our wonderful experience in Branson.

Our condo was wonderful. It was spacious and clean with a great view of the hills. We thoroughly enjoyed it. One problem we did have were ants. However, traps were there the next morning and we peacefully shared our space with a few of them. My family really enjoyed the quiet that came with the sight. We could enjoy all of Branson and than come back to the quiet of the condo. Thank you for a very enjoyable experience.

The home at Pointe Royale was amazing. Very clean! The furniture was functional and beautiful. There was lots of room to spread out. The kitchen was well equipped. And the Point Royale resort had great amenities!

Awesome condo. Very large, newly updated. The views from the balcony were amazing. Has to be the best location in Pointe Royale. We spent alot of time down by the water, exploring a d playing at the park. The unit is huge. Great communication from the owners.

The location is very safe and pretty (not convienent to drop by though if out and about.) The condo was spacious and well kept; however it was supposed to have wifi. I was planning on working and could not get logged into the wifi. I texted the property owner about it and never heard back. I wasn't able to work at all.

We had 6 adults on our stay and had very adequate room for everyone from dining to sleeping. Very comfortable beds and although the weather wasn't real cooperative, we were still able to enjoy time on the patio and even those chairs were oh so comfy.
