Relax in an outside salt-water pool, warmed up to the perfect temperature. Sip on an ice cold beverage, while grilling up your favorites. So grab your loved ones and pet and jump in to your dream vacation! If you crave a more formal dining experience, step into the central AC and enjoy a family dinner at the dining table. Enjoy a game of pool, ping pong or outdoor foosball to keep the fun going. You have the choice of comfortable bedrooms. Master bedroom comes with its own en suite bathroom.
The Space:
Four bedrooms are fully set up for a comfortable stay in a home away from home. Master bedroom includes a private en suite bathroom. Shared living space comes with board games, foosball and small pool table for the whole family to enjoy.
Guest Access:
Guest entry instructions: at the front door, this rental has a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code can be customized, upon guests' request or a random code will be generated. Every booking has a new code just prior to check in time.
Full access to the house, fenced in yard and 2 car driveway.
The Neighborhood:
A single story home located in a peaceful neighborhood, so you can feel like a local without sacrificing location. Just a little over 6 miles from kayaking and attractions.
Getting Around:
Car transportation is the best way to get around to nearby attractions and dining options.
Other Things to Note:
During cooler months, the pool is heated to a comfortable 80*.
Streaming services are available with guests' accounts.
Please note: Only starter supplies are supplied for your stay. 1 toilet paper roll per bathroom, 1 paper towel roll for the kitchen, one set of soap bar /travel size shampoo and conditioner-travel size per bathroom, one small dish soap bottle.
Evening quiet hours begin at 10PM.
Dogs up to 50LBS are allowed. No other pets allowed without specific approval from host.
This rental home is a 1 story setting.
Two parking spaces are available on the driveway. Street parking is available if needed. (Please do not block the mailbox)
Relax in the enclosed lanai with two sets of fans to keep you cool during those hot summer days.
