Apparemment spacieux, propre lumineux mais manque d'équipements nécessaire

L'emplacement, appartement propre, lumineux , belle terrasse

TV ne fonctionne pas, pas d'Internet, machine à café ne fonctionne pas, la cuisinière ne fonctionne pas 😤 , couvre lit qui était au placard très sale avec des taches** 😕 , pas de lumière à la terrasse, pas de tapis de douche soyez vigilant pour ne pas glisser en sortant de la douche , donc il fallait appeler le personnel Pdt notre séjour pour régler les problème et en fin on a laissé tomber pour ne pas perdre notre temps et c'est mon mari qui a réparé le soucis d'Internet, mais ce que je n'ai pas apprécié, le personnel ''rachid'' nous a pas donner la clé d'entrée de l'immeuble , il nous a dit la porte reste ouverte alors en rentrant le soir à 00:10 on est resté bloquer 50min à l'extérieur jusqu'à ce qu'un voisin contacté par le propriétaire nous ouvre la porte et il nous a fourni le double de la clé

The location is very practical, the house has all the basic things to stay for a night. There is wifi and a smart tv. There is also airconditioning but we did not use it as the temperature was good.

It had one room and a livingroom, not 2 bedrooms like advertised. We were 2 adults and 3 children and it barely fit. The couches are old and not comfortable to sit/sleep on. The terrasse has a lot of potential but it s in a dilapidated state. The bathroom needs an upgrade. *There was construction on the rooftop that started really early and woke up the kids. It looked like it will take some time so be aware if you wish to book. Did not live up to the price that we booked for; i would pay max 400 dh for a night if i knew all this before hand.

Location at the center of Agdal

It says two bedrom while in reality it's only one small bedroom The appartment is too old and too small The facilities are awful beds are the worst we couldn't sleep zero comfort Too pricy for what it is

One of the best apartments I stayed in! The crew is amazing and the building is brand new. What I liked the most is the location and the private garage at the building. I didnt even need to use the car as everything is near by! I will come back again 100%!

Good vale for money, and an overall nice apartment. I would stay here again.

The rooftop terrace was very large, with a table setting and a separate undercover lounge area. The apartment was spacious, and the location was within easy access to plenty of shops and restaurants. Communication and assistance from the host was excellent - there was an issue with the power being cutoff, and the host replied instantly and the power was back on within the hour.

The bed frame was very squeaky anytime you move on it. The kitchen was missing some basic equipment eg dishcloth, paper towels, oven tongs, salt/pepper, micowave etc. The shower water only ever became lukewarm.
