Good value per price.
The river is so close and nice.
The garden is narrow and shared with others.

Great plate for short Budapest stay (by car)
Peaceful and quiet location, functional kitchen and bathroom. Plenty parking space. We never saw the host - communication was only via messages. Check-in process has multiple steps, but it is easy to follow. Host responded to our questions almost immediately at any hour.
Only minor things: there was no place to hang our jackets (except chairs). Heating at the apartment is making some small noises and the temperature control works only in bedroom. No bathroom utensils (probably it is a standard nowadays) - you need to bring your own shower gel and shampoo.

Jó és arányos az árral.
Minden ami számomra utazásomkor fontos célpont volt az a címről könnyen elérhető
Felszereltség nagyon szerény a lakásban

I recommend it!
We arrived late in the night, we found the key as we were told, it was clean and confortable. So everything was ok!

Disappointing
The price is fair-ish, but that's about all.
Dirty & old. The garden (with the furniture, lights and what not) is not set up and is full of mosquitoes in the evening/morning

I wouldn't recommend if you want a relaxing environment
The location was nice, green area, so it's perfect if you're traveling with a pet
The bed was very uncomfortable, and the space wasn't clean enough from my point of view. Also, a strong smell of old furniture that is not very pleasant. The room is also very small.
