The cost of electricity in the Turks & Caicos Islands has always been very expensive. This is further exacerbated by recent global increases in fuel pricing which have put this cost at an all-time high.

All guests are asked to be mindful of their energy consumption and particularly as it relates to Air Conditioning (AC). If you are running the AC, please ensure doors and windows remain closed.

The owner of your vacation rental will cover up to $45.00/day (forty-five US Dollars) for electricity consumption. On the last day of this rental, the meter will be read, and any amount over this allowance will be charged to the lessee's card on file at a rate of $0.60 per KWH.

This property worked out perfectly for our family of 5. It’s super close to the beautiful beach, restaurants and shops. It was clean, spacious and comfortable. I would recommend it to friends and be delighted to stay there again! They were willing and able to accommodate a slightly earlier check-in time that worked great with our flight time. Thank you for a great experience!

My family and I stayed at this property for the Easter holiday week. The location of the property was perfect. The amount of space was ideal for our family of 4 adults and 1 teenager. The townhouse was beautiful and had every item you could need. We appreciated the luxury touches, such as the L’Occitane bath products. The beds were so comfortable and the condo was extremely comfortable and modern. There were plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas to enjoy a great beach day. The condo staff were very attentive and super helpful with restaurant reservations and local information. We were literally steps from Grace Bay beach and all the shops and restaurants. Everything was walking distance, so we didn’t need to rent a car. Definitely visit Crest & Berry and LMN2go for morning coffee and acai bowls, just steps from the condo. It was amazing and we cannot wait to stay again. Thank you TKCA!!

The positives were that the townhouse was large, spacious, and clean. the location was central to restaurant, shops, and markets. the management company was very attentive. the bad was that you were on the second and third floors over a restaurant. there was no balcony or patio to sit outside. you walked past the back of the restaurant to go to the beach. also the music went until midnight every night from the nightclub across the street. this townhouse is a 2 minute walk to the beach thru a public access walkway. the beach is beautiful. the townhouse provides sand chairs and umbrellas. if you want a chase lounge its $40 a day.

Everything was really good except for a couple of situations.: 1. The AC is not cooling the upstairs; it seems the filters need to be cleaned and the control is automated to a high temp that is good downstairs but upstairs can go to 85-90 F degrees 2. I was promised that a van would pick us up from the airport, and no one showed up. We called and it was never scheduled. That is why I rated the communication a bit lower. 3. Too many checks and verifications for the rentals. Not used to this in the US. 4. There is a bar downstairs that is open till about 2am with loud music and loud people. The noise was extremely loud in the corner room to the street. Must say that the other two rooms are not affected. Unfortunately, that room was the one I used. Besides this, we had an excellent stay and the staff was responsive to questions and accommodations. Beautiful apartment. Thanks, Juan
