This professionally designed condo is inviting and roomy. Nine-foot ceilings and an open floor plan present stunning views of the beach, the gulf, and the spectacular sky beyond.

The comfortable and cozy master bedroom includes a king-sized bed, a flat screen TV, and attached full bath. A set of built-in bunk beds, tucked neatly along the hall, a sofa bed in the great room, and a full second bath offer enough room and accommodations to sleep up to six people.

Our full modern kitchen provides all the amenities of home, and an in-unit washer and dryer helps make your stay hassle-free. Ceramic tile in the great room, foyer, hall, kitchen, and bathrooms make cleanups a snap.

We really enjoyed our stay at the condo. Perfect view, easy access to the beach and pools, very clean with cute decor. The location away from the more hectic part of the beach suited us well. Checking in and out was simple and the owners were accessible and quite helpful.

Very clean, very comfortable condo! You can tell the owners are very meticulous about their hospitality! We had a very relaxing time doing a whole lot of nothing! Our home away from home met every vacation need we had. Besides a great condo, the booking was a breeze; very open communication before, during, and after our stay; great customer service! We'll be back!

This condo was perfect for our small group of 3. We love staying at Seychelles and the condo was updated and comfortable. The place was clean and nicely equipped. We enjoyed a few days at the beach and the resort is not far from the sports park. We would definitely stay at the condo again if returning to PCB.

We live in Upstate NY or the last four years my husband and I have visited Panama City Beach five times. We chose this location for the proximity to our daughter and her husband who live in Columbus, Georgia. We have always stayed at Regency Towers but decided to try Seychelles this year and are so glad we did. Our condo owner was extremely friendly and responsive to any questions we had. The condo is tastefully decorated, equipped with everything we needed and very clean. It has a gorgeous view of the ocean and accompanying sunsets from the 12th floor. Our daughter and son in law are moving back to NY this summer as he has been reassigned to Fort Drum so we probably will not visit Panama City Beach again, but if we ever did we would definitely stay here again.

The condo is just beautiful with everything we needed. The photos are accurate, and I think it's even cuter in person. Watching the sunsets from the balcony was amazing, and there is a company that rents beach chairs/umbrellas and jet-skis right on site. Kids loved the pool...I loved that it was walking distance to the state park where we could watch surfers and see dolphins play. Schooners restaurant is next door and they have a great menu and bar, and Shore Shack pizza is .2 miles away. Communication with the owners was great, and the cost more than reasonable for the quality of the condo/resort.

We enjoyed our stay so much! The condo has everything you need for a home away from home. Sitting on the beachfront balcony and watching the waves is truly relaxing and beautiful! The owners are extremely easy to work with and answer each question quickly. It was a true blessing to spend time there.

Quick and easy online payment. The condo looked exactly like it was posted. Some places we've stayed after online paying did not look the same. Staff was always cleaning around the building and lots of things to do out and around the condo with the luxury of not being in the main strip with all the traffic. Really enjoyed our stay.

Took a 4 night trip with husband and two boys and couldn't ask for more! The condo was so clean (and I'm super picky!!), up to date decor, the kitchen was very well stocked, and plenty of bath towels! We love this quiet end of the beach and Schooners and Scampys right next door! The beach views were gorgeous and it was nice having 2 pools and lots of space. Would highly recommend. Our friends stayed in 1203 next door and their condo was equally nice! Great trip for friends and find memories. Thanks to Matthew for easy booking and communication as well.

The fan in living room would not go any higher than low. Bedroom only to medium. Sheets on bedroom bed were too small and kept coming off the mattress and top sheet just barely covered the top of the bed. No reserved beach chairs as in all years past. Cheap, old, small, very low to the ground chairs in closet we were told to use. U could barely get up out of them on the sand. Everything else was ok.

Our family rented both units and it was wonderful having the side-by-side units for our family trip! We have experienced trouble in the past with dirty units and having to clean upon arrival, but not with these two units at Mango Sunsets- Seychelles! The units were very clean and comfortably furnished! Upon arriving, we just had to enjoy ourselves which was easy to do with the beautiful ocean views and Scooners right next door! We will definitely rent from Mango Sunsets again! Matthew was a pleasure to work with and very responsive!
