I booked this home for a birthday trip for myself. I invited a few family members and this home accommodated us perfectly! The property was very clean, the location was perfect, and Scott was very helpful throughout the entire process. Communication, 10 out of 10. I would most definitely book this property again.

The house was excellent - clean and in great condition. Kids loved the themed rooms and the arcade room. All amenities were as advertised. Complimentary streaming services was a plus. Private pool was excellent. Communication from Scott and his responsiveness were outstanding. Would absolutely stay here again.

This home was perfect for our family trip to Disney with 6 adults and 3 children! Loved the layout of the 6 bedrooms that afforded privacy but plenty of space for gathering. The kids loved the Harry Potter bedroom! We enjoyed the pool as well as the clubhouse pool and pirate ship play area. The location to Disney still allowed us to leave the park mid afternoon, swim, nap, pizza delivery for dinner and go back to the park for more rides and fireworks. Our host, Scott, was super responsive and made our stay easy. Grandparents, kids and grandkids all had a great vacation!!!

The house was beautiful, clean, and exactly as described. . The extras like pool towels and games as well as ironing board and strollers made it special. Scott was wonderful to work with and the kitchen we well stocked for our large family. Much appreciated the hospitality and will definitely stay again.

Scott’s house was beautiful and so comfortable for the 10 of us. The 4 children and 7 adults had lots of room to move around and gather together. We were able to celebrate a birthday and enjoy days at WDW. The children absolutely loved the pool and the themed bedrooms of Harry Potter and Disney princesses. The 4 kids under 8 were able to settle on bedroom arrangements. The upstairs bedrooms were spacious and the downstairs K worked perfectly for us. Everyone was able to settle in comfortably. The spacious kitchen, dining, and living room were great and allowed separate and/or together eating. The beautiful kitchen and nicely decorated furnishings were appreciated by all. The location was close to WDW and any type of store needed. We were there during the cold snap and are so thankful we added the heating to the pool and spa. Scott was the perfect host and always answered any questions very timely. I would stay here in the future as we thoroughly enjoyed our visit.

We are a family of 7 with kids ranging from age 7 to 18 enjoying a long weekend getaway with visits to the parks and time spent in the pool. This house, located just 20-30 minutes from the Disney parks we visited, was perfect for us! Loads of bedrooms and bathrooms, everything you’d need in the kitchen, and clean enough to eat of the floors! Host was wonderful, responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend.

The home was perfect place to accommodate a group of six adults and 3 kids which everyone loved. The amenities fit all ages. The highlight was the game room and pool area. Very spacious, new and clean smell. No issue we experienced. Scott was very quick in answering a few questions and the check in and check out procedures went very smoothly. Very professional property manager and I highly recommend this property located in a quiet neighborhood.

We enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of room for all of our family and the kids absolutely enjoyed the pool. Lots of room to enjoy each others company and enough for solitude too. The game room was a welcomed amenity also. Proximity to parks, restaurants, stores and attractions was awesome. The only negative was the occasional bug when food was left out or when we hadn’t swept really well. It’s advisable to sweep daily and take trash out daily. It’s Florida so those pest are everywhere, even in really nice homes. The house was perfect for our family vacation and would definitely return when staying with the whole family.

This place had everything that you could need. We were a group of 12 with mostly adults and loved that most bedrooms were queen or king size beds. We didn’t use the kitchen much, but it looked like everything you could need was there. I have zero complaints about the house. But the gate to get in the neighborhood is ridiculous, especially at check in time for people. There isn’t a separate side for returning guests and sometimes you are waiting in line with cars coming from both directions for 20-30 mins. I would return to this house in the future.

Our group of 3 parents and 4 teens loved the property! We were in town for the AAU National Girls Volleyball tournament. Everything was perfect! Ample space for all to relax and enjoy. The kitchen provided all we needed to prepare healthy meals and socialize. And the pool was clean, large and beautiful. It's obvious the owners put a lot of love and care into the home. Their attention to details and timely communications made planning our trip easy and stress free. We all strongly recommend this property for your next Orlando visit!

To start off I just want to say working with Scott is very easy. Only one disappointments during the week stay and that was when we arrived. The pool was slightly green and needed some treatment. Scott was very quick to respond and to fix the situation. The house is beautifully decorated and well-stocked. While we had no time to really enjoy the video game room, it is definitely a very cute and fun little arrangement for families. The beds were very comfortable but the new pillows were understandably on the firm side. Again, Scott was great to work with and easy to reach as needed before and during our stay.

The house was perfectly described and located in a safe, developing neighborhood. Everything we needed during our stay was ready to go in the home and we could focus on our family vacation. The kids enjoyed air hockey and the pool while my wife and I appreciated the coffee and comfortable beds. Should we be back in the area for a lengthy stay I will check and see if this home is available again. Scott made sure to keep in touch, thoughout the stay though in all honesty, we didn't need him as everything was well explained and ready to go for us on our arrival.

This one is a gem! My family of 4 including my elderly parents found this home to be very user friendly. The home is new construction. Rooms are very large. Kitchen is open and well laid out. We spent breakfast on the island everyday to plan the days activities. Everything you need when you are away from home is here. You are in a gated community which feels very safe. The kids loved the themed rooms. The pool is fairly big and we spent a lot of time there relaxing in the evenings. Check-in was a breeze. Scott is an amazing host. He was very reachable when we had a question. We loved the property so much that we plan to stay here next spring when we come back to Kissimmee. Thanks for a great vacation!

Two families for a total of 8 people stayed here: Pros: -Beautiful new and clean property -very spacious you can spread out and store your luggage. Bedroom are large for adults and kids rooms are well decorated in princess and harry potter themes. kids were fighting for bunk beds! -Fresh towels and linens -Bathrooms and showers great - especially two master showers. Other showers are standard showers in bath tub. -Kitchen is large and modern and well appointed with all dishes and accessories. fave part was sink garbage disposal to manage organic waste. -digital thermostat that works very well combined with ceiling recirc fans. -kids and adults loved loved the pool and spa area that’s covered to prevent mosquitos and bugs. Great way to relax after long day of shopping or disney. -Property manager Scott was amazing - always available and quick communications for questions. Cons: as per ad the site is a new construction so the backyard view and noise is a construction site. this will resolve in time.
