Loved this hotel! Quiet area, located close to the train station. Hotel was spacious, clean, and loved the retro hotel vibe. Cantina located in the first floor had really good food! We definitely would stay here again!

The decor and ambience was perfect! Chilled, cosy and inviting all around the hotel with a nice vibe buzzing with relaxed and interesting guests. TOPE on the roof was a great little Taco paradise with chilled music and great cocktails. The rooms although smaller than anticipated (stayed in Roomy Bath) were clean, with great athestics and a great comfortable bed, and bathroom was great too!
Above all else, the staff were great. Helpful, attentive and would go above and beyond!

My partner and I have stayed at many many Hoxtons throughout Europe. It is always our preference given the Hoxtons are always situated in the perfect location. However in this instance it is not. This Hoxton is located with the red light district of Brussels, Schaerbeek. Please be warned it is not safe! Muggings and harassment are at an all time high. My partner and I were harassed and almost mugged on entry to the hotel, as in right outside, and when reported to the hotel they were un-phased.
Please do not use Brussels Noord station as that is also in the heart of a very dangerous area.
Our advise would be to stay somewhere more central, Ixelles is a safe bet or European quarter.
If you do decide to stay my only advice would be to avoid travelling to and from by foot when it is dark, so from 5pm onwards.

Loved all of it. The decor is amazing, the service friendly and professional, the room had amazing views of the city and super comfy bed. Went a couple of times to the rooftop bar for drinks. All absolute top; I just wished there was a bit more breakfast options such as cheese meats and breads.

-The hotel was marvellous, the decor impeccable, the staff super attentive, the food in both restaurants very good, the location close to public transport and some tourist attractions.
-The room was very spacious, the bed was comfortable, everything was spotlessly clean and my room had a great view of the botanical garden.
-i loved staying at this hotel i felt at home

Trendy, all the staff wear their own clothes from jeans to T-shirts! Breakfast was poor, very small buffet and a small menu with no signs to show what the food was. There is a fantastic view from the 20th floor, The bedroom is very clean if unpractical as no draws for clothes

Truly one of the best overall hotel experiences in years. I've stayed in more luxurious hotels, in better locations, but for comfort, and amenities combined with excellent service, Hoxton hotels now have my loyalty after this one week stay. I love the huge shower with a full door so my husband didn't get water all over the floor!
I don't know how this chain or the general manager treats it's staff, but somehow every single person with whom we interacted seemed exceededly professional, well-informed and genuinely happy to help us. This girl is also the most dog friendly of any chain I know. Thank you Hoxton Brussels! We cannot wait to return.

The hotel was absolutely amazing, I really liked the 70s decor… Very Soho House! The staff were lovely. We were even upgraded as I mentioned it was our six year anniversary! Sadly, we had to check out early and we weren’t able to enjoy the breakfast restaurant which was buzzing with energy and people! I’ll definitely be staying at another hotel from this chain again in another country!

It is a very lovely hotel, beautiful decorations, easy and walkable to the centre. Close to the metro station for Atomium. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good, just a few options but it was enough to fill you up.

Great experience and energy at Hoxton Brussells. Just was abit if a walk from nearest stations / metro so made it difficult for walkers.

Great proximity to the train, and rooftop restaurant/bar is a must with sweeping views of the city - perfect on a warm summer night. Rooms are good size, clean and with a fun funky vibe to be expected with the hoxton. Would highly recommend.

We loved this hotel so much. A real delight, the decor, the views the, the vibes, the coffee the roof terrace bar all superb. In particular room no 1718 was awesome as it had windows all along the right hand side as well as front windows so a truly great view. We also stayed in room 1813 and this was perfect for a child as it had a sofa bed and area for her. Top notch . Will definitely stay again.

Frankly when I stay there it was not convenient to park car because of road blocking and breakfast service was too busy.
But room conditions are very good, better than the worldwide brand hotel

Among the six hotels during our entire trip, this hotel is our favorite one. They offer free bikes for use, as well as complementary bottled water and milk. The renovation of the hotel is trendy, stunning and the atmosphere is lovely. The only drawback is that the hotel requires some walking to reach the main area, but other than that, everything is wonderful and the staff there are welcoming and friendly.

Fantastic staff, really friendly and helpful especially as we were travelling with our baby daughter. Amazing attention to detail with the design of the hotel and rooms. Some great food choices with the restaurants within the hotel and we loved the rooftop bar. The location next to the park and gardens was amazing.

The staff were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. I had been stuck in Brussels due to an issue with flooding on tracks to Amsterdam. They noticed how upset and exhausted I looked getting in and upgraded my room for me just because. The decor was freaking adorable and the view over the botanical gardens was just lovely.
When I went back downstairs, refreshed and ready to explore the city a bit before dinner, a completely different kind hearted lady at the front desk was there and wrote out a personalized list of recommendations as a local.
I felt very lucky to have randomly and desperately chosen this place in the midst of a train station’s chaos. Thank you!
