The space
Make yourself at home in this spacious, light-filled 4BD/4BA house with new everything. Originally built in 1887, the home was beautifully remodeled with stainless steel appliances, high ceilings, exposed brick, front yard and back deck, central air conditioning and heat, garage and parking pad. You will LOVE the location and the comfort of this home.
From plush beds to top-of-the-line appliances, LoHigh House hits the sweet spot of luxury and comfort. With 3 floors of separate sleeping areas, everyone gets privacy and space. A king master suite features a double jetted shower and jacuzzi tub, along with mountain and city views. The 3rd floor suite has a queen bed (plus a plush floor mattress, air mattress and 2 twin sleeping pads for additional bedding) and meditation/lounge space and a private bathroom. The 2nd level features a queen bedroom and a bedroom w/full bed + twin trundle with a shared bathroom and sunny back deck for outdoor enjoyment. A front office offers space for getting some work done, as well as a single pullout bed for additional sleeping.
The living/dining area are open and sunny, with plenty of room to gather, Sonos speakers and a big screen tv with YouTubeTV, Netflix, Amazon Prime. The front yard offers plenty of seating and sunshine for relaxing outside.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire house, as well as the sunny front yard and back deck. There is an attached garage and parking pad, as well as ample street parking. You will receive a code for the front door and garage ahead of your arrival.
Other things to note
LoHigh House is cannabis and canine friendly. (But smells like neither!) You are welcome to enjoy and consume cannabis in all forms inside or outside the house. (Tobacco smoking is not permitted inside, but may be enjoyed in the outdoor space.)
While groups are welcome and fun times encouraged, irresponsible behavior and late night partying is not. Noise levels must be kept in check after hours to avoid disturbing the neighbors. There is an outdoor security camera and indoor noise monitor (decibels only) which will send a helpful text alert if it gets too loud inside after hours. (There are no recording devices inside the house.)
Well-behaved canine companions are welcome at LoHigh House (there is even a dog run!) Guests must pick up after their pets and will be held responsible for any damage.

We had such an amazing experience at this property. Not only was the house perfect for our group, but it was centrally located. Additionally, it was so clean and well stocked - we wanted for nothing. If you were looking for a Vrbo that makes your life easy, this is it! Stephanie, the host, was incredibly helpful and supportive throughout our stay. Highly recommend.

We came to Denver to go to Red Rocks for the OAR concert. We loved the property from the rooms to the hang out spaces. It’s incredibly clean and everything we needed was available in the house. We will likely use it again when we come back!

We had a wonderful time at this awesome home. Great spaces to hang together, or to sneak away for a little quiet time.
The neighborhood had everything we could have asked for. We visited a Brewery, many different restaurants, even a Speakeasy.
The Host is the BEST!!! We hope she lets us stay again the next time we are in Denver.

Stephanie was amazing and very accommodating! The location we could walk pretty much everywhere or just a short Uber ride to other areas. Plenty of sheets, room and very clean!

I stayed at LoHi House with 5 of my friends (all early-mid thirties) and had a fantastic time. The host was friendly and approachable, and was very lenient with check-in and check-out times. The house was beautiful and stocked with many essentials we would have needed. The master shower is heavenly. The neighborhood is low key and perfect to walk places, including several very enjoyable bars/restaurants within a couple of blocks. Overall, we had a great time with absolutely no issues. I would recommend this property to anyone, and would love to return some day!

lovely, sweet, comfortable, very clean and up to date furniture, fixtures and beddings. we ranged from ages 22 - 72. everyone slept well, loved the bathroom showers, the living area couch, the dinning room table and the kitchen counter. the kitchen was perfect - it had everything we needed (and then some). we spent mornings and mid evening sitting outside in the front yard enjoying the perfect weather and saying hi to neighbors and cute dogs! loved the fact that we could put our car in the garage. the host was easy to reach and helpful. the house really is perfect.

This was a great property! We needed a spot for traveling guests, host a Bachelorette party (for sleeping), and host a wedding shower all in the heart of denver. We are so lucky to have found this spot. The home truly sleeps how many it says and is beautiful inside. This was the first house I've rented where we did not need to start laundry or do any prep before checking out. The host was responsive to questions and has the house more stocked than a hotel. We had an amazing time! Thank you so much for letting us stay.

A group of 6 of us stayed here for my husband's 40th birthday. The house was clean, well stocked, and laid out perfectly for hanging out with a big group. We also appreciated the guest policy - other people who were in town for the Great American Beer Festival with us were able to come hang out at the house before and after the event. LoHi is a great neighborhood; we were able to walk to a lot of things and even walked downtown. Lastly, our host was great about communication. Would love to come back!

Family gathering to celebrate two of our kids birthdays.

Awesome property, plenty of space to spread out. We ended up being a group of 6, and everyone had their own room - except one.
Neighborhood is walkable and safe. Minutes from coffee shops, Fox & Hen breakfast/brunch, Zuni Street brewery is 5ish minute walk. Bar Taco - one of my favorite Denver spots - is less than 10 minutes away walking. About a 20 minute walk to Union Station - maybe a little more, but the walk is enjoyable. Great hub for a bar crawl, Rockies Game, and restaurants.
Kitchen is great and well stocked - cutting board, spices, bowls, pans.
Check in process was smooth and flexible. TV has open HDMI spots and simple to use. Wi-Fi fast.

This was the perfect place to stay for our group of 8 college friends reuniting. The location was amazing, and allowed us easy access to all areas around downtown Denver, Golden, and hiking trails in the front range. The place itself was great, clean, tidy and well laid out. Everyone had plenty of space for themselves, and there were plenty of pillows, mattresses and blankets. The main room had tons of seating with a high top table, large island kitchen and TV area with board games on hand. The kitchen was well stocked with most essential ingredients, and had all the utensils and cookware needed. The four bathroom/three shower situation was great for the large group. The parking on site was easy to use, including the garage and pad site. The host was absolutely amazing, and was always very responsive - we had several questions and needs through our trip, and Stephanie was great to respond to all quickly and completely. We would absolutely stay here again in our next visit to Denver.
