About this house rental

Enjoy a new construction home (2020) w/ beautiful finishes, beach views, pool/hot tub & outdoor area 1 block from the beach & a close to downtown!! 3 King bedrooms (main/master is located on first level of the home), 1 Queen bedroom, along with a Full size bed/seating area at the top of the stairs (with easy access to restroom) and 2 twin beds in the smallest room downstairs. Beach/Water views are seen throughout the home & on the viewing decks, easily walkable to the beach just one block away.

Beautiful open floor plan with the primary suite on one end of the home on the first floor with an enormous walk in closet with a private deck and incredible views. The smallest bedroom is near the master with 2 twin beds (please note there is a weight limit of 250 lbs for the top bunk bed and 350 for the bottom bunk bed). There’s a large kitchen for entertaining with an adjoining dining area and separate living space with a fireplace with breathtaking views of the gulf from the entire front of the home. There is also an additional full bathroom that walks out to the pool.
Upstairs there are 2 king bedrooms that have incredible viewing decks on the front of the home, a queen bedroom on the side, and a double/full bed in the seating area and hallway at the top of the stairs. 2 additional guests may also use the couch for a sleeping area.

Incredible resort style pool area with 4 large lay down lounging chairs, an umbrella/table, with 4 chairs, back porch, beautiful outdoor furnishings with a fire table, outdoor tv, and outdoor kitchen (gas works, must light with a lighter). Enjoy parking in the large 2 car garage and additional parking available for up to 4/6 vehicles in the driveway

***We do not leave the pool heater on unless there is a guest requesting a heated pool. If you book last minute it could take over 12 hours to heat the pool depending on the outside temperature. While the guest is staying the heater will be on a timer.***

No glass in or around the pool.
No diving in the pool or hot tub.
No running around the side of the pool.
No eating or drinking in the pool.
No swimming alone.
All children under 16 must be supervised when in or around the pool.

There are 3 exterior cameras that record 24/7 for safety purposes. They cover the front yard, driveway, back yard and pool.

This was beautiful house with a great cook’s kitchen. The outdoor area with pool and hot tub was a nice place to be. The house was clean and beautifully appointed and communication with timely and detailed. We will definite stay here in the future.

Family enjoyed swimming in the heated pool and having beach access. The home is lovely and easily allowed for everyone’s privacy. The children did s’mores and roasted hotdogs over an open pit. We will be talking about The Beach House for a long time.

Amazing owners. Our questions were addressed immediately. Great location & would love to invest in the area. Coming from Nola , the Gulf Coast is the place to be. The clear and clean area is hands down REFRESHING, friendly. The house was throughly equipped with everting you could possibly need. The pool & hot tub was such a treat & the beach was quiet and clean. Ron and Maureen See y’all next year ❤️

We visited with our family for a relatives wedding- we enjoyed our stay and found the house to be clean and well equipped. The kids loved the pool and hot tub and we also enjoyed the proximity to the beach. We definitely would recommend this home to our friends and family.

We decided to fly down to Gulfport for the day and made a last minute decision to stay the night and we found this gem. The property is stunning and offers a lot of amenities. The home is setup to host large families without any issues. We wished would could have stayed the weekend but the property was already booked. The house is in a great location between cities. It's close to the beach, casino's and local restaurants. The owners were very quick to respond with any questions we had. Most definitely recommend this beautiful beach house in Gulfport. Don't pass on this amazing gem by the beach.

Our growing family(3 generations) takes a summer vacation each year, and finding a house that fits our needs is getting tricky. This home fits like a glove. Everyone had their own space, and we never felt crowded. The bedrooms were so comfortable, the living area was spacious, and the kitchen was glorious. Of course the outdoor areas were the highlight! The 3 front porch areas were used daily as was the backyard pool, kitchen, and seating area. Parking for our large family was not a problem, as the garage and driveway accommodated us easily. We walked up the street to the beach as well.The owners were so responsive to any questions we had. Most definitely recommend this beautiful beach house, and we would definitely return.

We have a large family and this home accommodated us all so well. We had fun at the beach, driving down to Biloxi and the ferry. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Communication with the mangers was awesome!!! Great place to stay!!

This home is my favorite of all the homes we’ve stayed at. This home exceeded my expectations in ever way. The things I loved, in no particular order: the homes above standard stylish workmanship, the wraparound porch, the views of the beach from nearly every room, the spacious pool - large enough for 12 guests, the jacuzzi, proximity to restaurants and grocery (less than 5 minutes to Shaggys seafood casual restaurant), ability to have food delivered (we ordered donuts from MS Donuts, and Domino’s pizza in Gulfport on 25th Avenue), the comfortable beds, gorgeous Chef quality kitchen, the fact I never needed and not had any of the same conveniences I have at my own home such as body wash/lotion/shampoo, trash bags, plates, lighter (for cake candles), books galore, (a built in bookcase flanks an entire wall), a cart on wheels (filled with beach toys for kids), swim noodles and a beach ball for pool fun, and lots of beach towels. While you can walk to the beach directly in front the home (it’s perfect for a romantic stroll), if you have kids/teens that like action, take them 5 minutes down the road after you pass Shaggys (Shaggys will be on the left) theres a nice part of the beach where you can rent umbrella’s with chairs for a small fee (well worth it!). Believe it or not, what I’ve mentioned isn’t even half of what I loved about this place. The hosts were a dream! Very responsive and inviting. I’d give it 10/10! Booked this “luxury” home well in advance for annual family getaway. Lots of research and questions before booking. At noon the day after check in, couldn’t get pool/hot tub heated. Followed adjustment instructions to no avail. No pilot sensed – failure. Notified hostess who several hours later said quick fix, securing part. Kids tried to swim but were freezing. Ran bath and there was no hot water. Immediately messaged hostess again. Went to cook dinner and stovetop wouldn’t ignite. Realizing there was obviously no gas to house, inspected outside meter which was turned off and padlocked by gas company! Was ultimately told that owner didn’t pay the gas bill and it wasn’t her responsibility. Told the gas co would come between 8AM and 5PM next day to reconnect service (learned that adult had to be present so we had to babysit house), suggested we could just use the outdoor grill to cook dinner and offered an insulting 25% off the first two nights with no hot water or use of the pool/hot tub or stove/oven if we “hung in there”. OR, we could just pack up and leave and they would gladly refund the remaining 3 nights (since it must be “dreadful”). It was 7PM & we had five hundred dollars of groceries delivered (we cook 100% of our meals) and lugged tons of stuff for 10 family members for 5 nights, not to mention adults took off work and pulled kids out of school. It was like I was alone on a business trip and could just pack a suitcase and check into a new hotel. Begrudgingly, we spent the night and by mid morning, when no word from the host or a visit from the gas company, we made the very hard and sad decision to pack up and leave the property. We really had no choice. Stuff happens but for a host to not take responsibility, not network locally to offer other options and not come by to personally apologize was unbelievable. I demanded a full refund for all 5 nights + two hundred dollars for ruining our vacation. Got the refund only. P.S. The pool was dingy, dead roaches in house, no toilet paper, kitchen is barely stocked, several doors can't shut, and it is a liability for kids. There are 7 exterior doors that can’t be child locked and one is in a bathroom that exits directly to the un-gated pool. Long staircase, too wide for baby gate, and fireplace blocks entire view of living area from kitchen/dining. A little effort, attention to detail, & a professional, pleasing attitude would go a long way in making this new beachfront property a real gem.

Conveniently located between the cities, this house is perfect for exploring the local areas during the day and relaxing at night. Or, with a short walk, simply enjoying the beach! (Which we did daily in the morning & evenings). The view of the beach with ample outdoor seating, makes it perfect sitting for am coffee or PM drinks. The host has taken extra care to create the ideal backyard setting with pool, jacuzzi, outdoor kitchen and seating. We LOVED the backyard. The house is spacious, with plenty of room for lounging in the living room or hanging around the kitchen/dining room. The bedrooms are comfortable & cute, each with a slightly different style, and each with an TV - perfect! I would definitely stay at this house again! Hosts were nice, with good communication & quick to respond.
