Very attentive! The place was decorated great and had everything we needed! The fire pit wasn't working and they were out the next day to fix it! Check in instructions were very thorough, however couldn't find any checkout instructions. Would recommend the place for sure. Close to the beach and walking distance to the pier and all the restaurants. Great way to end our trip!

Couldn’t have been happier with this condo for our trip to Cali to visit family. The patio view is incredible!! Pictures displayed are accurate. The condo was in the perfect location , just a quick walk down the street to the beautiful Strand and the beach and also within close distance to downtown Manhattan Beach. The amenities were perfect, beds very comfortable and open floor plan made for great place to hangout when we encountered some unusual rainy weather. Access to the apartment was very easy, always felt safe. Parking below was an extra bonus. Overall an A+ on every level. Do not hesitate to book this! We would love to return! Owner is very quick to respond as well.

Location was good — but be aware of noise from fast speeding cars on Highland. Jill was very responsive in communicating. Unit is a bit dated in bathrooms and slight odor in 2nd bathroom.

The location of this property is in walking distance of the pier and all the shops and restaurants. We came to visit our kids and watch our son play hockey at LMU. It is my favorite place I have stayed in Manhattan beach. We would definitely come back!

We were very lucky to find this beautiful condo in Manhattan Beach. Check in instructions was very easy and smooth. When we opened the door, first thing we saw was the breath taking ocean view. Very impressed. This place was spotless, smelled fresh and clean. The host thought about of everything, providing everything that our family needs during our stay. We felt like our home away from home. The one amenity make this condo to stand out is the outdoor terrace space with a fire pit, we spent some good family time out there. And this condo is located in the heart of Manhattan beach, restaurants, shops, bars…no matter where you go less than 15 minutes of walking. And the best deal is this condo only 1 block away to the strand, we sure did take advantage of morning beach walks. Jackie and Jill thank you for providing your home to travelers like us to enjoy pieces of Manhattan beach. We definitely will be back.

The neighbors recorded me without me permissions and sent a ring video to the host. Neighbor across the street recorded me. Call the police on me at 7pm because I was listening to music and quite time is at 10pm. Host responds quickly if needed. Propane was out i believe due to previous guest. But a great location.

The location allows you to wander down to the sand so easily! And we walked to brunch and shopping too. Such a cute area! And once inside, it’s a lovely beach condo with a fantastic balcony. Once you found the place (tricky!), the neighbor you walk past wants things quiet, so we tried our best. There were a lot of signs to remind us. And the street noise is loud. We had a great time!!

The condo was beautiful with a great balcony view of the ocean, one block from the Strand, and easy walk to everything! It was the best stocked VRBO we’ve ever rented. The only issue is that there was not a bed in the 3rd bedroom. There was a cot. I think a bed would have been nice!

The home was beautiful and the amenities were top notch. The home has incredible views and the location was great. We were only a short walk to the heart of Manhattan Beach and on a few blocks from the sand. We had a great stay!

The process for renting was simple, and smooth; communication with the owner was excellent. The location was perfect for our family event. The owner communicated that the neighbor was sensitive (that is an understatement). One of our family members propped, the front dooropen for two minutes to get his luggage to the vehicle & the neighbor blew up extremely phone. Ironically the day before she had proppedthe door open with a note on it for the UPS driver, and it stayed that way for over two hours.. I would also recommend that you have your cleaning lady do a thorough cleaning of the tile floors. Other than that the condo was beautiful & well appointed..

Great place to stay and travel around SoCal. The restaurants and breweries on manhattan beach blvd were fabulous and obit 10 blocks away. The condo was fine. The beds were comfortable but the appliances (dishwasher and W/D) were very old and loud. Time for an upgrade. The heat was super loud too. We managed just fine. The location and convenience made it all worth it.

Great central location, view, parking and a comfortable space. Straight shot to Sofi Stadium. Owner was incredibly responsive to any questions I had and was helpful after checkout, as we left some items behind. First Vrbo experience, as we usually stay at high end hotel properties, but it was perfect for the occasion.
