We had a great stay! Pool was nice for the little one. Beds were not as comfortable as I hoped but it’s all okay. Staff was friendly and bfast was very good.

nice hotel with large rooms, large fridge microwave etc. . Even a dishwasher. Convenient bathroom with dispensers that work well. TV and wifi good, excellent breakfast for a hotel. Staff good, easy access from highway 60.

This is the first time coming to Huntsville. Hotel is near Algonquin Park, downtown of Huntsville and many other stores are few minutes away. Very convenient location. Price is good, room is comfort, everything clean. Environment is quiet and people working here are nice. I highly recommend to stay in this hotel.

There is smell of cigarette smoke in hall ways and inside elevators, from smokers' breathe I think. Unfortunate that it ruined the experience of our stay. Mattress bit soft for our liking, compared to last year.

the pillows are very uncomfortable. the breakfast was not good. The stuff who is worn the purple cloth was so rude during breakfast. She is obviously discriminating against Asians.

FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE, sper friendly mgr upon arrival, full of information made you feel very warm and welcomed. I do want to mention as a business professional I did witness an interaction that was very unsettling. It was the morning of Oct 5th. Approx 9am, lobby was extremely business with guests enjoying their contentential breakfast, a member of management (I could be wrong) was walking about and made her way to the coffee bar their she (dark hair, up in ponytail buns, wore a long purple sweater, name might Jill about 5'5) approach a male employee that was working very hard to kerp up with the morning breakfast demand and gave him the direst look, held up the hot water thermos and indicated to him it was empty and to fill it immediately......the employee looked shocked and sadden....my heart broke for him as he was focused and working hard, no compaaion or moral support was given, she placed the thermad down and walked away into the bsck roo., shame on her. When ichrcked out and handed in my cards she came out of the bsck, word less as I checked out, not even a "how was you stay". She is definitely not an assest to your team.

Overall experience at this hotel. The room is clean. Location is convenience. Price is fair. The only downside is not much options at breakfast and they don’t refill the bacon 1 hour prior closing time at 9am, which is not enough food when people start coming around 8am… not sure if they will be any difference on the weekends as we stayed during weekdays.

The driveway into the property was a bit rough. I think the breakfast should be extendend till at least 9.30am as it would be easier for families traveling with young kids. I will return to the property again for sure. I loved the mini kitchenette and the cleaniness of the property.

As a newer hotel, the rooms and property are absolutely spotless. Amenities are really nice for a hotel in this price range, and the staff is friendly and accommodating. It's located a bit outside of any tourist area, and the only things within walking distance are a few fast-food chains, some grocery stores, and a Walmart. Not a big deal, but you'll need to drive to get to any of the local sights.

There was construction outside the property which we were not aware of when booking. Also the breakfast was a disaster. Too many people, kids running around, food running out, no utensils and limited seating. Staff were not prepared. Also we were there for 2 nights and the room was not cleaned after the first night, we were not aware that this was happening. Other places, make beds and take out garbage each day no matter the length of stay. Also, the toilets are very low to the ground. As a disabled person, this was very problematic. Use of the disabled toilet on check in level had same issue. Disabled toilets need to be higher. Thank you

Our room was great - have no complaints there. Big room, comfortable beds and clean. Convenient location, pool was nothing to brag about but it did its purpose. However despite this we will not be back. Customer service was just awful. Breakfast attendant is either just miserable or hates her job. The episode of Seinfeld with the soup is how to describe her. Complaining about everything, not willing to help anyone just points and tells them to read the labels. Yelled out in front of everyone about the waffle machine. She was just absolutely rude and so full of herself. No staff members said hi or anything in the hallways and check in was just awkward . Asked for extra pillows and they just left them on hallway floor which we have never had happen before. For this reason we will not be back.

Easy check-in, booked through a 3rd party. The only disappointment was that I didn’t get Hilton points for my stay asi didn’t book directly through the hotel website. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Good selections for breakfast.

I had a generally good experience during my stay, with friendly staff and a convenient location. However, I was disappointed with a couple of aspects. The bedding didn't seem to have been properly cleaned, as it had an unpleasant smell, which made me question if it had been washed after the previous guest. Additionally, the breakfast was underwhelming, consisting only of ready-to-eat items with no fresh or hot options.

Nice clean and spacious room(we got a suite). Like the water refill station downstairs and the pool.The only thing I feel can be improved on is the breakfast service, there are lack of good quality food selection, the porridge is luke warm, the bread is dry, there is a long line for waffles and lack of seatings. We did not enjoy the breakfast there.

We loved the hotel and our suite was nice. All the staff were excellent! Some suggestions I would like to make: 1. The couch back and arms were quite uncomfortable. Some nice, soft, squishy cushions would be an asset. 2. There could be a bit more lighting. 3. Would like to understand how the air conditioning works? It only came on when the sun shone on it!
