Bayfront Bungalow - 1426 Cadillac
Bayfront Bungalow is a remodeled 3/3 on the majestic Graveline Bay. Graveline is a scenic reconditioned marsh with boat access. It is truly one of the best views on the island, where you can enjoy shade trees right up to the water. This quiet beach house is off the beaten path and still close to everything. You are only 0.2 miles from the Public Gulf side beach.
The home has been completely remodeled in 2023. It includes an updated kitchen with modern aesthetics, new cabinets, and appealing high-end appliances. There is tasteful décor and lighting throughout the home, set off by a beautiful, vaulted shiplap ceiling.
The master suite includes a walkout door overlooking Graveline Bay. It also has a custom bathroom with double vanity. The home also enjoys a Queen Suite with direct views of Graveline Bay and a walkout door to the peaceful back deck where you will spend much of your time. You will remember these sunsets for the rest of your life!
The bunk room includes a work desk, making the home ideal for families, telecommuters, and virtual schoolers.
The pier reaches out over the channel, where you can catch crabs, and fish or tie off your boat. Please note the boat lift is not accessible. The grill is a flat stop propane blackstone.
As with all of our Property Manager, all linens and towels are provided, WIFI, along with a fully-outfitted kitchen. There will be a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags; please plan on bringing more for day 2 ;). A great beach vacation is waiting on you!
Please note the following:
1. Minimum Age for the Primary Renter is 25, and Primary Renter must be present for the entire stay.
2. Maximum Occupancy numbers include Children 3 and over and cannot be exceeded at any time.
3. All of our Homes are Non-Smoking.
4. A signed Rental Agreement is Required, which contains additional Rules and Guidance.
5. This property does not allow weddings or parties.
6. Check-in time is 3 pm, and check-out time is 10 am.
7. Start dishes and linens before departure.
8. Take the trash can to the street on Tuesday night and Friday night.
9. This home is NOT pet friendly.
