Set over three floors, this property hosts three bedrooms, including a double, a ground-floor double and a bunk room with a TV and PlayStation, along with a ground-floor bathroom, sleeping up to six guests. There is also a lower-ground-floor kitchen/diner and a sitting room with an open fire. Outside there is an enclosed front garden with lawn and picnic bench and a rear enclosed courtyard, along with a private parking space for one car. Pen Dinas is a lovely dwelling for a memorable trip to North Wales.
Amenities: Oil central heating with open fire. Electric cooker and hob, microwave, coffee pod machine, fridge, freezer, washing machine, 2 x TVs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Private parking for one car. Enclosed front garden with lawn and picnic bench, and rear enclosed courtyard. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 0.8 miles, pub 0.6 miles. Note: The slate staircase leading to the lower ground floor is quite steep, please take care. Note: There are two steps within the ground floor from the sitting room towards the bathroom. Note: The bed in the first-floor double bedroom can only be accessed from one side, please consider this when booking
