This villas has been designed, built, landscaped and lit by some of the best in Goa. With more than enough room to accommodate you to experience Goa forming memories sure to last a lifetime. Your vacation villa in Goa will be an extravagant retreat.
Please note this is a 6BHK villa where by we are keeping 1 bedroom locked during your entire stay making it a 5BHK villa for 10 adults.
KEY FEATURES of PHASE 12:
☆ The accommodation is self-catered whereby we have provided you with lodging and cooking facilities with no meals and no room service.
☆ This villa is 10 min walk to Calangute beach, has AC in the living room, 5 AC bedrooms & 5 en-suite bathrooms with shared swimming pool. Free WiFi with 30-50 mbps speed.
☆ Villa has 5 king-size beds. ON REQUEST: single beds can be joined and covered with an 1-inch foam converting them to a king size bed.
☆ Please note Bathroom 5 is open to the sky (a bathroom without a roof). So come rain or shine you will be exposed to the outdoor elements, whilst using the lavatory, vanity, and bathing among the coconut trees. Bathroom 6 has a transparent non-tinted glass wall with a shower curtain. Ideal for couples.
☆ Check in at 12 pm and Check out is 10 am. Flexibility is based on availability.
☆The pool is shared with the next door villa, namely Villa Calangute Phase 11.
☆ Housekeeping is done daily for 4 hours. Bed linen and towels are provided and not changed for stays 4 nights or less. If required, linens/bath towels/swimming pool towels can be changed daily for an additional cost of INR 400 per room per day.
☆ *24-hour power backup* (Inverter + Genset onsite).
☆ Parking is compounded for 2 Cars.
The kitchen is well equipped with utensils, gas burners, cutlery, crockery, mixer, microwave, toaster, fridge, freezer, kettle, washing machine, etc. You can cook yourself or we can provide Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner, made by professional cooks for an extra cost.
