Outside there is an enclosed rear garden with lawn, decking, barbecue and furniture as well as off-road parking for three cars. Within 0.2 miles you will find a shop and within 0.5 miles, a pub and please note that this is a pet-free and non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels included in the price. Welsummer is a stunning base, ideal for exploring Devon. Note: Check-in from 15:30pm and check-out at 10am
