Sit back and relax on the deck overlooking dolphins in the ocean waves!! This condo (unit 212A) in the middle of “A” building overlooking the hot tub, large pool and beach, has the most amazing view! This is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo that recently underwent a floor to ceiling renovation!! There is a large primary bedroom with a king sized bed and attached full bath. The two secondary bedrooms share another full bath; one with a queen bed and the other with two sets of bunk beds. The condo has everything you need for a family friendly, relaxing vacation! There is an elevator and stairs to the second floor.

Summer Winds is an Oceanfront condominium complex that offers three outdoor pools, an indoor pool, hot tub, tennis courts, arcade with bar and indoor gym. During the summer, Ginger's Cafe offers poolside meals making vacation more relaxing for everyone. Perfect for families with kids!!

The condo was beautiful! Everything was updated and comfortable beds and couch! Plenty of room for our family. Had everything we needed for our stay. AC worked wonderfully for such a hot week at the beach! Host was easy to contact and everything was very simple! We enjoyed our stay and host :)

We used to take our daughter to Summerwinds every year. Now that we have three grandchildren, we decided to renew our tradition of going down on spring break. The condo is absolutely gorgeous and perfect. The recreation center is a definite asset to keep the kids entertained. Especially if the weather is too cold for the beach. Overall, we had a fantastic time. The condo is set up to meet all our needs. We did not lack for anything. We will return next year.

Definitely want to book condo again. Family loved it! Was hoping to book again for Labor Day Weekend, but someone already booked it. Everything was clean, new with modern touches. Convenient to beach, pool, on site cafe. Thanks for letting us enjoy your beach condo.

This condo was amazing! The host was very responsive and provided answers to all of the questions I had prior to our stay as well as once we arrived. The condo was exceptionally clean and well taken care of. It had all of the things we needed from linens to pots and pans in the kitchen and plenty of space for everyone. We had 2 boys that enjoyed the bunk bed room and made this their official space for games, video games and just hanging out. The view from the balcony was amazing, perfect for coffee in the morning or reading a book to wind down at the end of the day. The resort is also kid/family friendly and safe. I felt comfortable giving the kids a little room to roam. Can't wait to visit again in the future!

Our family enjoyed a fantastic week in this beautiful condo. It is spacious, clean, and well-appointed. The unit is beautifully decorated with comfortable beds and furniture. The condo amenities are great with a large pool and restaurant. They had a cookout and live music for the fourth holiday. The owner is responsive and even offered dining suggestions. We look forward to coming back to stay soon!

I'm telling you right now that this place WILL meet your needs! Is it clean - YES. Is it updated - YES. Is it (and the complex) safe - YES. Is it comfortable and quiet - YES. Is it ideal for families of all ages - YES. Does it (and the complex) have the amenities, views, etc - YES. Is it close enough to restaurants, stores, etc, while still being private enough to enjoy your time at the condo/pool/beach without the crowds - YES! Is the owner attentive and accommodating - YES! My family stayed here just before the Memorial Day week - 4 adults, an 18 yr old teen, a toddler, and an infant - we were absolutely comfortable here. I loved the location, amenities, view, comfort, and security of the condo, complex, and beach! I know you are bouncing around different listings weighing the pros/cons/risks of each - trust me - this one is an all-around YES! Enjoy your stay!
