About this apartment rental
Cozy and luxurious, this beautiful studio apartment is located in one
of Manhattan's best neighborhoods. This 388-square-foot, second-floor
unit in East Village is now available to rent and is perfect for a
loving couple. It features a decorative fireplace, brilliant hardwood
floors, two large windows for lots of natural light, radiator heating,
and recessed lighting. The main living area provides ample space for a
queen-size bed, personal workspace, as well as a small sofa, and a
table with two chairs. The compact and efficient kitchen comes equipped
with a refrigerator, gas range and stove, and plenty of cabinet space.
The beautifully tiled bathroom offers a walk-in shower. Located on the
north end of East Village in a five-story, pre-war building, this
apartment is a perfect home for those who prefer walking or riding a
bicycle to work or school. Down the street from big-box retailers such
as Target and Trader Joe's, a five-minute walk from the entrance to
this well-preserved, mixed-use building will get you to the metro
station at the intersection of 1st Avenue and East 14th Street for the
L train on the BMT Canarsie Line. This smoke-free apartment includes
WiFi and can be furnished upon request. Short and long-term leasing
options are available. This studio may be furnished or unfurnished at
the time of your move-in date.
Your safety and comfort are our top priorities! To ensure this, we ask
all our new members to complete a background and credit check, as well
as electronically sign a separate residency agreement. Just a heads up,
you'll need to share your ID and Social Security Number (for those in
the US) with us. We'll shoot over the agreement right after you book,
and we kindly ask you to sign it quickly to guarantee your room. For
your credit, we're looking for scores above 550-650, depending on your
city and we'll need a clean criminal record too (this doesn't apply to
DC). If you meet all the requirements, you will receive the agreement
which you need to sign within 24 hours. This property is tailored for
long-term stays and is not like a traditional short-term rental. For
example, we do not provide towels, linens, or other similar amenities.
Guests are required to bring these items with them. We hope this setup
meets your needs for an extended stay, and we look forward to hosting
you!
