The house was AMAZING! Better than advertised. Comfortable beds, cozy home, back yard is huge and private, games to play inside and outside, and sits in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood near the mountains. We probably wouldnt stay anywhere else if we go back to SLC. Host responds quickly and made sure we were taken care of.

It is centrally located.

Our flights were delayed and we were exhausted from a really long day of travel. We were really looking forward to going to bed and realized no beds had any sheets on them. We had to find the sheets and then figure out which sheets fit which beds because they’re all different sizes. To say we were irritated was an under statement. We travel a lot and we’ve never stayed somewhere where the beds weren’t made. The master bed is like a lumpy sponge which was totally uncomfortable and made sleeping difficult. I made breakfast and went to put the dishes in the dishwasher and found a whole load of dirty dishes. Gross. No paper towels, napkins, or Kleenex. The coffee maker had old grounds in it. The vacuum and cleaning stuff were left out. The silverware was hard to find. It’s not in the kitchen. It’s kept in the dining room. The house smells musty. On the positive side, the location was great and we enjoyed the porch.

This home was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The kitchen is well-stocked with dishes, cookware, and lots of cooking utensils. Bedding linens and towels are plentiful. A washer and dryer are so convenient.
Wal-Mart and other shopping is a short drive away. The backyard has a lovely covered patio with a grill and adirondack chairs.
We were very happy with our stay, and would stay here again.

It's exactly as advertised. I like the area. It's a quiet neighborhood with ease access to the freeway and canyons. I go there for work while my wife and daughter enjoyed visiting family and other sites. Fun outdoor vibe as well as comfortable interior.

We had a bachelorette party weekend. It was cozy and communal but with quiet areas. We plan to stay again when the occasion arises.

Has been 20 years since all my siblings gathered for skiing in SLC. This time we brought several of our kids (ages 16-63) for a family of 7. The house setup was perfect for us with lots of room to sleep, 2 baths, big living room and dining room to gather around. Was topped off by its perfect location to the ski areas and the hot tub to soak in after our days of skiing. House was well stocked, clean and worked perfectly for our family. Looking forward to coming back again.

My daughter and I stayed here for a getaway ski weekend. It’s a cozy, clean, well appointed home and has easy access to the Cottonwood Canyons. The owners were very responsive and getting in and out was a breeze. It’s a great spot and a great value. Plenty of room for a larger group as well. Highly recommended.

The house was in a great location. Close to everything, especially access to the ski resorts in Big and Little Cottonwood canyons. Enough space for 7 including 3 kids. Communication with the host was excellent. We enjoyed our stay.

This property comes as described! Nice views. Plenty of room to stretch out after a long day. The host was easy to contact and very responsive. We would stay again!

We had a good stay at this home during Christmas time. The home has a lot of green plants with nice decoration and lots of games, kitchenware has a good collection of things we need for cooking. It would be nice if the supplies could be a little bit more ( example: trash bags and dish washer pods for people book longer stays) The host is remote but he can resolve the issue we communicated in a timely manner. Overall very good house nice and clean in a quiet neighborhood within short distance to ski resort.

The house was the perfect setting for my visit to Utah to visit my siblings and have them over for family dinners and visiting. The cactus plants were a little scary with young children but otherwise the house was very well suited for kids including the games and entertainment provided. There were plenty of blankets and linens and the beds were cozy. The location was perfect for sighseeing, dinners, groceries, hiking and really central to much of what Utah has to offer. We would definitely stay here again!

We came to Utah for a wedding in Cottonwood Heights, but we decided to turn it into a full vacation to experience some of what Utah had to offer. Really great hiking was really close/convenient. The property was in great shape, and the owner was very responsive. It was also very easy to find, close to the airport, and came as described.

We stayed for a few days, looking for a cozy relaxing place to take a break from a cross-country road trip. This house was perfect. Cozy, comfortable, and clean with the amenities we would want to relax.
It was close enough to SLC's attractions that we were able to check out the area by day, and enough to do at the house that we weren't bored.

This is a cute property with room for people to spread out. The shed/clubhouse out back is a great place for kids to hang out. Can't beat the location, 1 mile to the entrance to Big Cottonwood Canyon. The manager/owner was quick to communicate. I hope to be staying there again someday. I very much recommend this little place.

This location was perfect for our trip to Breckinridge. The hosts were very communicative and helpful, we had a great time staying here. Especially enjoyed the hot tub and board games. Would love to stay again next time we’re back in SLC.

Super comfortable home.
We stayed during a big snowfall and we returned from skiing to find the long driveway shoveled.
Nice supply of cooking oil and spices...so nice not to have to purchase.
Used the smoker grill, tasty
Hot tub was great. There were only 3 of us and just the right size. Would need to take turns if we were at capacity.
Bunk beds would be great for kids.
Super convenient for the solitude/ Brighton ski bus. But skier beware...quite a few buses passed us by the morning of the 24" snow. So we went to fort union station, took some navigation. And this was mid week.
