Great location, helpful staff, good pizza, good train connection to Paris, friendly safe atmosphere, good table tennis and free games, cute hut, good shower (and campsite loos/ showers were good too - we used as 5 in the cabin so sometimes bathroom was busy), nice patio doors (tho catch was tricky for kids to do) free good quality jazz on Friday night, good family size dining areas, good amount of hooks for towels (tho can always use more!), smooth welcoming checkin process
Toilet in cabin smelt of pee, very tiny kitchen - no workspace to chop/ cook, rather muddy/ dusty paths, upper rooms too airless - especially the balcony one - could do with a roof vent or another window, some prices in shop seemed overkill eg 16 euros for mosquito spray

Location and friendly staff
Shower in cabin did not work, reported twice. More rustic than we were expecting including making your own beds

Everything was great. A few of the staff could have been friendlier, but they might have just been tired after a long day or early morning.
Parking at arrival isn't clear. We're glad we didn't drive up in an RV and were able to find a space before checking in. Our space by our tent was great! However, the spaces across and behind us were tight, so when backing out straight, there's not enough room. We compensated (and anticipated) for the next day by parking diagonally so as not to have the same issue the next morning. It was perfectly fine and adequate. One suggestion though. Maybe trim the bushes for the clearing/path to get to the tent from the car park. It makes it awkward to walk all the way around a row of bushes vs choosing the path in between when carrying in our luggage.

Really impressed with Huttopia 1st time staying at one of these campsites. We had an amazing stay very relaxing and welcoming. Fantastic location just shot bus journey to the palace of Versailles or a train to Paris both the bus stop and train station were a 10in walk away. Will definitely be staying at a Huttopia site again.
There was no gas in our stove top, when we were ready to make something to eat and found it was not working The reception had closed so we had to wait until the following morning to get it fixed, which they did straight away.

Clean and fresh. Felt safe and close enough for kids to enjoy without constant supervision.

Location
Living conditions and staff care was appalling. At 3 degree celcius we were left without a fonctioning chimney . After an attempt to light up the chimney no one checked on us. We were trapped in a cold tent with 2 children. I have paid more than £100 a night. I should have received a refund. We felt completely neglected. The worse 3 days in a paid accommodation.

Great setting and relaxing atmosphere.
Bathroom in tent was uncomfortably small. No kettle. Very clean, except for spider webs on the ceiling.

Pool, location, hot water
Incomplete kitchen stuff, old mattress, too noisy, neighbors had a party all night, could not sleep at all, reception personnel were not quite aware of their duties

The pool is very good, kids liked it. The staff is very kind and helpful.
The house was really small. We thought it was bigger and more equipped for this price.
