Bardzo fajnie położony obiekt w bezpośredniej bliskości rzeki Dźwiny.

Fajnie położony obiekt, tuż nad samą rzeką Dźwiną. Z uwagi na fakt, iż korzystałem z niego w charakterze noclegu tranzytowego nie miałem możliwości docenienia powyższego w pełni. Bardzo pozytywnie i miło oceniam to, iż po wcześniejszym zgłoszeniu godziny mojego przybycia do hotelu, która to godzina okazała się być późniejsza niż godziny pracy recepcji, pracownik oczekiwał na mnie, tak aby spokojnie przeprowadzić proces zakwaterowania. Również na plus oceniam przyhotelowy parking, a zwłaszcza jego wielkość, gdzie pomimo późnej pory przybycia, nie miałem żadnego problemu ze znalezieniem miejsca postojowego. Nie mam także żadnych zastrzeżeń co do wielkości pokoi, które były wystarczające.

Przede wszystkim mankamentem były pająki, zarówno w samym pokoju, jak i poza obiektem i to w takiej ilości, że praktycznie niemożliwym było otwarcie okna, gdyż po jego drugiej stronie było dosłownie ich zatrzęsienie. Z jednej strony wiem, że jest to wynikiem takiej, a nie innej lokalizacji hotelu, ale jednakowoż stanowiło to całkiem spory problem. Konsekwencją powyższego zaś była, z uwagi na fakt, iż mój pobyt w obiekcie miał miejsce w środku lata, oraz mając na uwadze brak klimatyzacji, duchota w pokoju. Również serwowane w hotelu śniadania były skromne i mało zróżnicowane.

Breakfast was amazing, nice, calm place

There was no tea in the room or cups, and price is high, because it wasn’t nothing special in the room, old curtains and tables

Very good and enjoyable location next to the river, big rooms, swimming pool and sauna!

Very good location! We really enjoyed the view to the river. The only "noise" there was singing of birds. The rooms are big and comfortable. Big swimming pool and sauna we enjoyed as well.

Some of the younger staff members would benefit from some training on service culture.

Overall - because of staff and breakfast - good

Nice, lovely location, helpful staff, there where a bit cold in room, but staff were helpful and gave us heater, that was very nice. River sight is amazing from buffet, and breakfast was very good- really tasty omelette

Great location on the river cost, with a very beautiful view. Welcoming and helpful staff. Clean, cozy, warm room with balcony and big window with the river view. At the evening it was nice to visit the pool and baths. Good breakfast. We were happy to spend the weekend in this hotel.

Free parking near hotel, easy to find with navigation, not far from the main road. Good location to stay for the one-two nights, we stay with two kids in 3 flour double room with balcony with nice view to the Dauguva river. Room and big bathroom is clean and ok.

There is no air conditioning and weary hot in the room top flour, no elevator, breakfast is very modest, in pool area nead for cosmetic repar and window cleaning. There are no nets on the windows, there are a lot of flies and mosquitoes in the room.

Location beside the river was very beautiful. Room for three had enough space for three people and three dogs.

Fee for the dogs was per a dog, not by a room as it often is.

Nice location, river view, beach nearby, inside swimming pool to refresh or spend time if the weather is bad.

No air conditioning:( We were travelling at hot weather, which is not so usual in the Baltics:) So we suffered during the night. There was a fan in the room but it didn't help. There was also quite hot in the spa area.

Personal was nice and friendly. Breakfast was good.

In room everywhere was dust and spiders. Beds was so uncomfortable.

Quiet place for families, good price

Small and cozy place. Pool and saunas were good. Very nice beach by the river! Good coffee. Free parking.

Breakfast was really basic, no porridge and no pastry. Pool area needs renovating.

Great location for a quick stay in a small town hotel.

Nice rooms with clean bathroom. Breakfast and staff was really great.

The spa section was bit outdated, but enough for a good nigh swimm and steamsauna.
