The Space:
Experience the warmth of home as you enter our spacious abode. A fully equipped kitchen, complete with gas stove/oven, Samsung smart refrigerator, and kitchen nook, greets you on your left. Straight ahead, the dining and living room await - the latter fitted with a 65" Googl TV for your entertainment pleasure. The three bedrooms, comprising queen, queen, and 2 singles respectively, are equipped with plush mattresses and clean sheets, while a convenient first bathroom is located nearby. Further back, the master bedroom beckons with a king-size bed and easy access to the inviting patio, featuring a fire-pit table, modern outdoor furniture, and BBQ pit - perfect for evening conversations. You'll be able to enjoy the home in its entirety. The back yard is privately fenced in and is yours to enjoy

The neighborhood here is very peaceful and quiet. We require our guests to provide the same respect this neighborhood provides.
Getting Around:
Parking is available on the driveway up to 3 cars. The neighborhood is exceptionally peaceful and quiet. This is a family friendly neighborhood. Parties and events are prohibited.
Located within minutes to local shops and entertainment our home will be sure to keep you comfortable and close enough to all the attractions the city has to offer!
Other Things to Note:
Our ADU in the rear offers complete privacy for its occupants, as we request that you respect their privacy as they respect yours. The trash bins are located within the common area, from the black driveway gate up to the ADU. Please limit parking to the three spaces provided on the driveway and accommodate your party accordingly. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
We cherish the tranquility of this peaceful neighborhood. We kindly ask that you maintain a noise-free environment during your stay, as any noise disturbances or nuisances may result in cancellation of your reservation. Embrace and appreciate the serene atmosphere this neighborhood offers. Thank you for your cooperation.
