About this villa rental
Welcome to Casa Verde, where you can enjoy resort-style living in our newly built, 3,900sf home! Sleeps 10 comfortably! This one of a kind retreat is perfect for a large family with 5 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms in the main house (all bedrooms have en suite private bathrooms) + we do have 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom for additional 2 guests our spacious 600sf Guest House with full kitchen and family room for additional charge $ please request (with Guest house sleeps 12 total)
The dreamy backyard includes a 40 foot swimming pool with grotto under the waterfall, a jump rock, jacuzzi, BBQ, dining table, firepit and putting green.

• Incredible chef's kitchen with 2 professional stoves and a large center island for prepping large group meals, fully supplied with everything you could ask for.
• 2 luxury suites include King beds + 3 luxury suites include Queen beds. (5 private bedroom Suites in main house) plus 1 bedroom suite located in Guest house.
• Exercise bike located in the master bedroom for workouts during your stay.
• Powder bathroom centrally located and accessible to the main kitchen and family room.
Everything was taken into account when we designed and custom built this dream home for our family and we would love to share it with you!
* In an effort to prevent fraud, we will require a photo copy of Drivers License or Passport for any adult guests for rental agreement purposes.
** The Spa and heater are available for your use during your stay with us. Please remember to turn off promptly after use so not to have excessive utility charges or there will be surcharge fee. Pool is not heated but can be heated for your stay but there is a $80 (per day) surcharge due high gas prices at this time so please let us know prior to your arrival and we can coordinate for you preset to 82 degrees.
** We have 3 exterior security cameras in the following locations. #1 - Front entry of home with Ring Doorbell. #2 - Driveway of our home located on the left side of the garage. #3 - Backyard of our home located on right side of guest house which does not view pool or jacuzzi but does view guest house slider door and back exterior table through to firepit and monitored by ADT for security purposes only.

Loved the house and the location. Stephanie was very helpful and responsive. Would absolutely 100% stay here again. I was there with 6 teenagers/young adults and the pool, hot tub, and karaoke machine were a huge hit. The backyard, pool, hot tub are amazing. Plenty of stores around and beach close by. We came from a weekend in LA to stay close to the beach and this was perfect, just as advertised with plenty of space. Thsnk you Stephanie and Tim!

We rented this house to be near Culver City because we were originally trying to take my 92 year old father to see a taping of Jeopardy for his birthday. Unfortunately, they were not taping during our visit, but thanks for this location, we had an amazing week! The rental was easy to get to from the airport for all. Quick drive to Manhattan Beach (went to the Pier, walked the beach, dinner out and shopping). Got to see the 6x6 volleyball tournament our last day. My daughter summed up the property best - it was like we were at a resort, but it was all ours. Such great layout for having dinner together and just hanging out. Outdoor space has everything you need and more. Beautifully decorated throughout. Plenty of space for those who needed privacy at times (a few working remotely during stay). Loved the bedrooms on the first floor for our older guests, they never had to go upstairs for anything. Plenty of parking in the driveway. The pool house was amazing in and of itself. Appreciated all the beach towels provided. The waterfall in the pool and hot tub were the favorites. It exceeded all our needs for the week. Kitchen was exceptional. Really enjoyed our stay....was completely relaxing.

Perfect home stocked like your own home. The hot tub and pool were top notch. The karaoke machine was a huge hit. The layout was perfect for some privacy when needed and for gathering as well. The fire pit was welcoming during the cooler nights! Executive style home that exceeded our needs. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again and again!

The property was perfect for us to have all of children and grandchildren meet up during their spring breaks. The pool, jacuzzi and putting green were big hits. The home is spacious and everyone could spread out, yet be together in the large family room without being crowded. Everything we needed was there. We definitely have this home on our short list for our next California family vacation.

Unbelievable home with hotel style back yard. Outdoor pool, spa, patio, bar, bbq bar was just so amazing. Separate house in the back with bedroom, full kitchen and living room area. The house was architecturally beautiful and designed with style and care. Huge home and very clean. Welcome basket was a much appreciated touch. Would highly recommend and look forward to returning. Perfect for a large extended family!

No other words are needed to describe the house since it was the best home ever. The home was so clean and big. It also had a nice pool and fire place where everyone can enjoy. My kids didnt want to go out becacuse they had so many things to play at home. I will definitelt go back for anothe vacation.😆😁😄

A group of us came to the area from Ohio to attend the Browns game. We could not have asked for a better property to relax and spend a few days. The home has everything you need and the backyard is such a great area to spend the day. We could not have chosen a better home to rent and the property owner was wonderful to work with.

I cannot even express how wonderful everything was for our trip. Great communication with the host and a well stocked home! The home is so beautiful and there’s tons of space for community. We loved the outdoor space and the pool and hot tub and the outdoor kitchen. So incredibly wonderful!

Fabulous home! Awesome backyard with beautiful pool, spa, waterfall, fire pit, putting green. Even a separate back house. Private resort feel. Lots of space for everyone with a wonderful design, open floor plan and en-suite bedrooms. Great location, easy to explore the area. Host Stephanie was responsive and had excellent communication. Just like the pictures and would definitely recommend!

Amazing house, great location, weather was so much nicer than Texas…We had family coming from 3 states to watch my granddaughter play beach volleyball. Everyone enjoyed the house, pool and outdoor area. The owner was very helpfully and easy to communicate with. We would love to vacation at this property again in the future.

We couldn't have been happier with our stay at this rental home. The location was convenient, and the home was lovely! It was spacious and beautiful, while at the same time being very comfortable. Communication with Stephanie was very good. She reached out to assure we had no trouble checking-in and made sure we knew how to reach them if there were any issues.
The property was designed with ample gathering spaces, but there are also plenty of spots to catch some time alone. The attention to detail throughout the house and yard was amazing.
We had a wonderful time. Our thanks to Stephanie and Tim for helping make our trip to LA so enjoyable.

We stayed at Casa Verde with our 5 children ages 8-14 and it was such a pleasure. The kids absolutely loved the pool and jumping rock. The home was spotless and had everything we needed. The beds were extremely comfortable and the linens smelled amazing! I still have to ask what they use. We were obsessed! Lol The hosts were very easy to work with and were quick to communicate when we had questions. We will absolutely be back! Such a beautiful home. Thank you again for sharing it with our family. We made some great memories during our stay!

My family of 6 stayed in this gorgeous home to meet up with family in the area. It was spacious and well appointed and the perfect launching pad for activities in the South Bay and all of LA. The heated pool and hot tub were awesome! Would definitely stay again! Comfy beds, nice linens and beautiful kitchen!

Stephanie was remarkably accommodating and an exceptional hostess! The house was beautiful and spacious. We loved that each bedroom had a king or queen sized bed (no bunk beds), and a bathroom. The guest house is a one bedroom with a full kitchen apartment. The outdoor area is beautiful and great for entertaining. This villa exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend! The whole experience was great. The hosts were on the ball with communication which gave a good feeling heading in. Check in was a breeze. And the property…. Wow… It might be even better than the pictures.
We chose if for the location to be close to LAX for a trip we were taking after our stay, and it’s well situated for a lot of what LA offers. The layout and design of the house was beautiful. We loved the ground floor open design. The backyard with pool/jacuzzi was a nice escape. There is even a putting green. (I think we missed that in the listing). I can see an extended family making this their hub for a vacation. But I was also sitting there thinking about it being a corporate rental for an extended project team. Everyone has their own space (ie escape from the group) but the communal space and amenities create a great energy for all.
From the moment we walked in the door, greeted by the welcome basket and well thought out guide book, our experience exceeded expectations. The hosts Steph and Tim really made us feel like their guests and it’s obvious they put a lot of love into the design and build of “Casa Verde”. This will be our first look for any future rentals in the area.
