The 1 bedroom apartment is situated in the very popular Santa Maria Complex which is located at the Porto Colon Marina end of Las Americas away from the more densely populated area and is a family orientated Aparthotel. The apartment has been recently refurbished and benefits from air conditioning and free in room WIFI and is situated on the third floor, it also has the advantage of being South facing, so sun all day plus pool and sea views. The apartment is also ideally situated being just a stones throw away from local bars and restaurants and only 350 metres to the nearest beach and Porto Colon Marina from where water sports and Water Excursions such as Whales and Dolphins can be obtained. The apartment had everything you needed for a very comfortable stay. The view from the balcony was the pool area and a sea view. Sun on there most of the day. Resort was lovely, with lots of bars and restaurants, perfect for watching the world go by.

We have visited Tenerife many times and have stayed in hotels and apartments. We settled on this area last year and booked this accommodation for the location. The liaison with the owner, agent and the property manager was excellent throughout. The apartment benefits from a double balcony with almost all day sunshine and views over the pool and ocean. The complex is very well maintained and although we were an independent booking the staff were helpful and welcoming at all times. We will book again!

Had a lovely stay at Ian and Elaine apartment, great correspondence with owners, place is spotless clean, and I liked the double doors on the sunny balcony. Fantastic views of sea and pool, will definately be back at some point.

This is our 3rd time staying in this apartment, this spacious apartment has everything you need. A lovely balcony facing the pool area. Its a great location would definetly return.

Firstly, communication with Ian, the owner, was great. Booking was simple and questions answered swiftly and efficiently. The apartment was extremely clean and had everything you could want for a fortnights stay. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and the lounge/ bedroom/ kitchen storage was great. The terrace is a really good size with a table and chairs for dining, and the comfy loungers are smashing for either reading or just chilling out. However, the thing that I would welcome would be the addition of some storage for toiletries in the bathroom (especially for us women) The accommodation is situated perfectly for shops, bars, restaurants and of course, the beach. Although it was extremely hot towards the end of our stay, we had a lovely holiday. Thank you Ian and Elaine

Fantastic apartment had everything we needed. There isn't a washing machine, but machines available on site. The owner was very accommodating and check in process very easy and quick. Lovely sunny double balcony, plenty of space. In an ideal location, we wouldn't hesitate to return.

Communication from Ian(owner) was 1st class right from the start & he rescued us from a holiday disaster, when another owner cancelled our booking 4 days before we were due to travel. Ian's apartment was just as described & excellently located. Looking forward to returning in the next couple of years & wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Thanks to Elaine and Ian for a great week. These guys make the whole process so easy, very informative correspondence and answer any queries straight away. The one bedroom apartment I stayed in apartment has a great position overlooking the pool and with sea views, very large balcony with good quality sun chairs and outside dining set. Inside was spotless and the air con in the bedroom keeps the whole apartment cool. Great facilities and entertainment at the Santa Maria, with restaurants, supermarkets a mere two minutes from the hotel and the beaches and marina no more than five minutes walk.... You do not need a car here ! Will definately use this accommodation again.

Really enjoyed our stay in Ian and Elaine's Appartment. It had everything you needed and was like home from home. Very clean. Location was superb and had a great view over looking the pool from the balcony. We will most definitely return and would highly recommend. We found both Ian and Elaine extremely helpful.

we would like to thank Ian & Elaine for letting us use there lovely apartment for our weeks holiday every thing was good for us as a couple ,nice bathroom plenty of hot water the bedroom was good plenty of wardrobe space and draws beds were very comftable ,the lounge was ample room for us with settee and armchair plus dinning table and chairs ,the kitchen area was also good ,the balcony was in a good position plenty of sun and a nice view of the pool and surounding area and a good size also there were wined down sun awnings to give you shade if needed, over all we would go there again.

The apartment is very well situated on the third floor with sea views and overlooking the pool. the double balcony has chairs table and recliners so you can relax in the sun through the day. It is a very well decorated apartment with all the facilities for self catering. We will certainly be back.

Enjoyed a week in the lovely, comfortable and well equipped apartment, overlooking the pool area which was not noisy as it closed at 6 p.m. each day. The location was excellent being a 5 minute walk to the beach and only yards to the plentiful bars and restaurants, with more of each along the beach parade. Will return when we can find a slot to do so.
