This large single-family home is in the best neighborhood in San Francisco -- one of the TOP 40 NEIGHBORHOODS IN THE WORLD AS RATED BY Time Out in 2023! Don't take our word for it, here's what the experts say about our amazing neighborhood:
---
The Richmond District, spanning 50 blocks in the northwest section of the city, is a microcosm of what makes San Francisco so special: natural beauty, rich culture, and incredible cuisine from every corner of the world. Bordered by Ocean Beach and rugged coastline, plus Presidio and Golden Gate Park (packed with world-class attractions and museums), stunning scenery and cultural experiences abound here. The area is made up of two sub-neighbourhoods: Inner Richmond on the eastern edge, packed with bakeries, shops, bars and restaurants (including some of the best dim sum in the city), and Outer Richmond, closer to the beach and more residential (though Geary Boulevard and Balboa Street are both vibrant corridors). Booming with new openings, the Richmond District is one of the most exciting places to eat and play in San Francisco right now. ... The perfect day Join the line of customers waiting to devour flaky croissants at Arsicault Bakery, or head to James Beard Award-nominated Breadbelly for its bright green kaya toast and creative Asian coffee drinks. Afterward, stroll along Clement Street, stopping into local favorite shops like Green Apple Books. Dim sum calls for lunch – the top spot is Dragon Beaux. Walk off the calories in Golden Gate Park before dinner at the newly opened neighbourhood hotspot Pearl 6101. End the night with a movie at the historic Balboa Theatre before crashing at your Airbnb steps from Ocean Beach. ... Plan your trip Time a visit with one of the annual music festivals in next-door Golden Gate Park: Outside Lands takes place in August and Hardly Strictly Bluegrass arrives in September.

This 3 story house is great for a family visiting or gathering. The main floor has a living room, dining room, and kitchen with seating. The second floor has a second family room, master bedroom, large bedroom, and third small bedroom which can also be a dedicated working space. The backyard has a nice soft turf lawn and the front yard has beautiful plants. The owner lives in the downstairs unit and can help with your visit.
The location is amazing. The Richmond District is a hidden gem in San Francisco. The Richmond District is safe and clean compared to all the parts of San Francisco you've been hearing about on the news. It is a neighborhood full of families, schools, and small local businesses, with easy access to parks and nature. There are many dozens of restaurants within easy walking distance. Both Baker Beach and China Beach - two beautiful beaches with views of the Golden Gate Bridge and the Marin Headlands - are 10 minutes by foot. Golden Gate Park (amazing & larger than Central Park in NYC!) is 3 blocks away and multiple playgrounds are within just a few blocks. The neighborhood is full of families and kids. The neighborhood feels residential and slow compared to many of the other parts of San Francisco. Even so, everything you need is available within a few blocks: grocery stores, bodegas, many (many!) restaurants, hardware store, etc. are all on Geary Blvd which is 1 block away. Public transit options are excellent, with multiple major bus routes 1 block (#38 bus and #29 bus) or 3 blocks away (#1 bus and #31 bus), giving easy access to the rest of the beautiful City of San Francisco.
There is a bike-share station 2 blocks away with plentiful e-bikes and regular bikes. Public transit options are excellent, with multiple major bus routes 1 block (#38 bus and #29 bus) or 3 blocks away (#1 bus and #31 bus), giving easy access to the rest of the beautiful City of San Francisco. If you're driving out of the City, it's very easy to get to the Golden Gate Bridge from our home, which provides access to the entire northbay. Similarly, we are a straight shot from 19th Avenue, which takes you to the 280S, providing access to the entire San Francisco Peninsula.
The home has three proper bedrooms and two big living rooms. The bedrooms have: 1 King bed; 1 Queen bed; 1 Queen bed. The living rooms may be used as a fourth bedroom for groups that require more than those three beds. In addition to the 3 beds in the 3 bedrooms there are: (a) a foldout sofa bed in one living room and (b) three fold-out single mattresses and (c) two regular (not sleeper/fold-out) couches. The sofa bed, fold-out mattresses, and regular couches are available for use by larger family groups requiring such accommodation.
In addition, for families with small children, we have a pack-n-play crib and a bassinet, both of which can be set up in advance, upon request.

Ideal location, owner very convenient, caring and helpful. Close to public transportation. Bargain market 2 blocks away. Very quiet and safe area. Had everything we needed with kids. Cleanliness ok but not what I am used to and would have expected a bit more given the price range. Overall was very satisfied.

The location and cleanliness was great. There was shampoo, conditioner and soap + cooking supplies. Also the host fabulous with responsiveness. The only catch is that this is not a 4 bedroom place but rather a 3 bedroom with a pull out couch in the living room and there aren’t any doors to provide privacy. Keep in mind if you have 4 couples - one of them will have to take one for the team.

My family
visited for the holidays and I could not accommodate them all in my place. This rental
fit all
of us perfectly and we could
all be together enjoying each other’s
company. There was enough room for 9 of us that we could also have our own space if needed. Zach and Gabriella were very responsive. The neighborhood is quiet, parking is challenging but we always found one.

Our family enjoyed staying here during Outside Lands.
Owners were super responsive to any questions or problems we had.
The home is super nice, appears to have been completely renovated recently. Super clean inside.
A great place to host a gathering of friends.
The common areas are comfy and welcoming, a great place to host a gathering of family and friends.
The bathrooms are shiny and new.
The kitchen is great.
Bedrooms have beds and nightstands, not much else, clean bare walls. One bedroom has mattress set on the floor without no bed frame. Note: be prepared for mattresses that are extra extra firm.
Location is a quiet neighborhood within an easy walk to GG Park. The street is nice and clean. But on the sidewalk in front of this house, there was an unsightly accumulation of trash, dirt, leaves, discarded luggage, and dead or nearly dead potted plants. We notified the owners and hopefully they will clean up the front of their home.
Parking is not easy. There is no dedicated spot for you. It is difficult to find a spot and you will need to go a couple blocks to find one. Once we found a spot 2 blocks away, we left our car parked and used Uber.

The home was gorgeous and in a great location -- easy walking distance to tons of restaurants, to two beautiful beaches, and to Golden Gate Park. Parking was easy, and we found it was also easy to get downtown. We enjoyed meeting the host briefly -- they were friendly and stayed out of our way. Other than the brief introduction, we didn't know they were there! We are looking forward to coming back again soon
