About this cottage rental

You deserve this, whether it’s for a week or you are working remotely for a month, come to Muskoka.

NOTE: WINTER RENTALS. The cabin is still available in the winter but the water and washroom are shut off due to pipes freezing. If your group is larger than 6 ppl. some of your guests are going to need to walk to the main cottage (50ft) to use the lavatory etc. Please consider this when renting because it can get a little rustic when it snows.

All the amenities of home. Lots of space for the whole family.Large main cottage with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, open concept main floor with modern kitchen and a glassed in dining room over the lake. Large living room with fireplace. Lower level games room with darts, foosball, board games and a large TV with walkout to the dock. Main floor has a large wrap around deck with bbq. AMAZING separate cabin (50 feet from the main cottage) with 2 bedrooms plus loft, kitchenette, bathroom, (Water and bathroom are closed between November and April) sitting area and deck overlooking the lake, NOTE: If boating and water skiing etc. from our dock is what you are looking for, this is not the cottage for you. This quiet lake is about 1.5 km long. Great for canoeing, paddle boarding, peddle boating, swimming and fishing in the summer. Hiking, Snowshoeing, ice fishing, snowmobiling, X-Country skiiing and skating in the winter.

Outside:
Summer: There is a great waterside deck with Muskoka chairs leading to your floating dock. Great for jumping in and swimming to the raft. Also a small shallow sandy beach for young kids. Very private (1100 ft of shore). Relax in a hammock under the trees on the water. Enjoy the large fire-pit (please pay attention to the outdoor fire warnings) made out of a boulder from the Canadian shield with pine log seats.

Winter: In a word - peaceful. Everything is covered in a blanket of snow. In past years, by mid-january there is enough ice on the lake to hold a full size pick-up truck. Ideal for snowshoeing, ice fishing, cross country skiing or building the best snowfort ever! We are about 500 meters from access to the main snowmobiling trails (enter at North Buckeye rd.)

Excellent for families with kids young and old. Right in the heart of Muskoka. 5 minutes to Mactier, 20 minutes to Port Carling or Parry Sound. Come and swim, fish, golf, cycle, hike or just relax in a hammock.

We had a fantastic time here with our small extended family. The main cottage was great for us to all hang out together, and the cabin was the perfect space for the teens to have. It was beautiful, clean, spacious, and bright, and had all the modern amenities. We brought a couple extra kayaks and paddled on the lake every day. The hosts were quick to respond to any questions. My favourite part was hearing the loon gently serenade us every evening. It was a magical stay. Highly recommend.
