Outstanding

This place was excellent. 10/10 on everything. The cleanliness, the pool, wifi, comfortable beds, tv with netflix, location, food and then the manager Constantina who was outstanding. Not to mention the friendliest cat ever! Would highly recommend this place and miss it already.

Fantastic

Lovely welcome, fantastic location, supermarket across the road. Pool was lovely very peaceful and relaxing. Breakfast was good value for money and very large. Cocktails were fab. We will be returning again.

Perfect little spot on the doorstep to everything! Loved how quiet the pool was.

The apartment was very clean and enough room for what you needed it for. Perfect spot! Lovely people.

The pillows weren’t great. The only thing I’d say was with no windows in kitchen it made it feel very dark and enclosed.

Friendly staff, location within the city (everything close at hand), nice clean room with balcony, pool

There could be more electrical outlets in the room, especially around the bed. But that's a detail, everything else was perfectly fine

The staff is super friendly and helpful. The location is very convenient, far from the bars but still close to the beach and the supermarket. The apartment was well equipped. There is a bar serving snacks next to the pool.

There is a pool, but the water was really chlorinated. We found a cockroach in our room.

Safe haven next to the sea

I think it's the best place in kardamena. Spacious apartment. Top swimming pool and friendly and helpful staff. A few steps from the port of kardamena and the beautiful streets of the village.

Pleasant

Good internet, we had 2 balconies and there is a pool.

The bathroom was quite small and not enough for 4 people. Also we were given only one key which is very uncomfortable as we are 4 friends and do stuff separately sometimes, we had to call each other and arrange meeting to take the key, this was annoying for us. We asked for a key but we’re not given any. Also, when the doors lock, the AC turns on automatically. Meaning if you sleep with AC off and sbd uses the balcony, once they close the door it switches on and you end up spending the night under it, which not everyone likes. Beach is great and cheap comparing to other Greek islands , around 7-10’ walk. Sometimes getting a taxi is not that easy, mind that in case you’re short of time, the apartments don’t provide a transfer.

Great accommodation for families with kids close to all town highlights!

In my opinion, people who run business are ussually overseen, but here was clearly visible, that staff matters!! ;) Amazing accommodation crew, perfect pool suitable for kids, location close to the sea, Careffour market, main street with restaurant. Simply absolutely perfect!!

If you have louder neighbours, walls can't stop their louder smile :) .. (not a fault of accommodation provider!!!!) . Nothing else to be claimed :) Hope we will come here again!!!!! ;)

Nicest staff!

Amazing location, great pool, awesome room with cooking facilities. But the real stand out were the staff. So, so lovely. I'm a solo female traveller and they went out of their way to make me feel safe and welcome. They also make the best freddo cappuccinos 🤤 100% recommend.

Beautiful Self Catering Apartments in Kardamena.

We spend 6 nights at JP’s apartments in a 2 bedroom apartment. Apartments we spacious and had everything you need for self catering. We were met on arrival by the lovely Constantine who looked after us every day. Pool area was lovely and clean and never over crowded, a mix of sunbeds and bean bags were available, all with umbrellas. pool snacks tasty and reasonably priced. Apartment was cleaned daily by lovely friendly lady. Everyone worked hard and was super friendly every day. We will definitely return.

Our apartment was 2 flights of stairs up but ground floor apartments are available for smaller families. Water pressure was poor. some days we had to wait for water for a shower but we are in the middle of a heat wave so understandable that there is water shortages on the island.

Peach vacation

The area does not good. A lot of damage house and the floor of village is not a nice. A lot of trash. Kardamenia is nice but need a lot of refreshments. The apartment were clean but I miss the more dishess and nicer loot front of balcony.

Near to bech, near to market and main village. Quit areia. Good vacation

We have very nice stay

Nice place, close to restaurants and shops (carrefour supermarket right cros the street). 5min. walk to see side... Konstantina was always ready to help and very friendly. Nice bar on the pool side with 100% service. Pool was nice and clean. Enough sunbeads for everybody and water toys for children.

the drying rack for towels and swimsuits on the balcony was missing, only a small cord was not enoug for 4 persons.

Really nice stay!!

Me and my parents spent together 3 nights at JP Pool & Apartments and everything was fine. The place itself is easy to find, close to everything important we needed for a great stay. Kardamena is not that big...everything for us was in walking distance...there is a supermarket across the street, plenty of restaurants nearby and of course the main reason why we arrived to Kos island, crystal clear sea just 5 minutes from JP Pool & Apartments. The place itself is nice with very friendly and always smiling staff (special greetings for Konstantina), apartment was clean, big enough for 4 people, kitchen, nice balcony, pool was a great bonus. In overall I was happy with my choice of staying and I would be more than happy to come to JP Pool & Apartments again.

Excellent service from Konstantina and all the staff at JP Pool and Apartments. Giannis was a great host. The location is perfect and the food was great. A clean and comfortable apartment and all great value. Highly recommended!

The location was perfect, near to supermarket and tavernas and bars but still quiet. The hosts were very helpful and attentive. Added bonus of a pool and snack bar. Rooms spacious and well equipped, lovely balcony.
